We landed in Maui around lunch time and we were hungry! So, we ended up at the food truck park across Costco! We got the walnut honey rosemary shrimp plate. OMG! It was soooo good! I don't think I have ever had anything like this before! I would definitely get this again! So, if you are craving shrimp, I would definitely try this place!
Best garlic scampi I've had...at least up to now. You can taste the FRESHNESS of the shrimp ... N they put loads of garlic... which goes super well with the rice! Going back before we fly home!!!

We were staying at the Courtyard and saw the parking lot next to the hotel filled with food trucks. Maui Shrimp happens to be one of them. We tried the Garlic Scampi and it was good. You can taste the garlic for sure. It would be good if they serve it with a side of spicy sauce
