this one is tricky. the first time we tried to find it they weren’t there. another time we were passing by we just happened to spot it and made a hard detour. it’s literally a rotisserie smoker pulled behind a white van. go. get a whole chicken. it’s so cheap and so amazing. the 2 people that work the van are super nice. pro tip, follow their ig to find out where they’re parking for the day! they’ll also update when they open and when they sell out.
I was driving through God's country (Waimanalo) yesterday when I saw them cooking on the side of the road. I immediately pulled over and ordered two whole chickens. I misread the price and ended up being $5 short, so I apologized and asked them if they could cut one in half and let me purchase 1.5 instead of 2. Without hesitation she said it's fine and enjoy it.
