“We had dinner at Kula Lodge, and I can’t recommend the filet mignon and ribeye enough. The truffle butter was perfect. If all veggies tasted the way they did with my dinner, I would eat a lot more veggies. The ahi and shrimp appetizers were so yummy, and I loved my Lilikoi cheesecake. Kula Lodge Restaurant has changed ownership a few times, and I’ve been a number of time through the years. My most recent dinner experience was my favorite.“

“Unbelievable. First of all, the setting is idyllic. Then you get inside and the service is incredible. Each person we spoke with from the hostess to the bartender, server and chef all spoke to us in detail about the drinks, food and preparation. Everyone seemed to have so much pride in their work and it truly comes through in the food and the experience. We were on the fence about making the 1 hour drive, but it was totally worth it!“

“Not enough good can be said about this place. Yes, it’s pricey. However, the service, atmosphere, food, and drink are top of their game. Server, Chip, was exceptional. Welcomed us when he came to the table with a sincere “Thank you so much for coming here today”. Apps, entree’s, desert. All amazing. And the views…. Just wow! This is a once in a lifetime experience that should not be missed! Make reservations months in advance. This is a popular destination.“

“An outstanding birthday experience for my wife Susan. Heather guided us through the menu, reminding us of what we previously had. We opted for the mahi-mahi for Susan and the kalua pork enchilada pie for me. Both incredible. Heather then brought us their famous pineapple upside down cake with ice cream and candle singing HBD to her. I told them after it was spectacular and, believe me it was. Can’t wait to return here.“

“This is the place, totally worth the walk!! I had the regular blueberry & pineapple with Mac nut ice cream, we also had a regular strawberry & blueberry with vanilla ice cream - both were amazing, best shave ice on Maui - go to this place you’ll be glad you did!!!“

“A small little spot, but the food is good. I hate Mac salad, but I usually give it a small try to say I at least tried it. Tried the Mac salad here and it was yummy! The workers are friendly and patient as we were still deciding if we would dine in and if we wanted drinks or not. Me being a server, I know how it feels to be on the other side of the coin when customers are still making decisions during an order. I got the Kalua and fries. I love that the portion is generous. My chop steak was seasoned well and like I said, the Mac salad was ono. Next time I’m in search of food, I’ll be sure to stop by again.“

“We enjoyed this restaurant very much. With a party of 17 it can be a challenge to serve so many efficiently. The staff excelled at their jobs serving delicious plates quickly with Aloha. The sushi chef is superb and the whole atmosphere here was joyful and welcoming. A must try... the Ube Creme Brulee. I will definitely be back again and highly recommend others to give it a try too!“

“Loved our meals from here. The Calamari was huge and the fish dishes were incredible. Also, offer vegan tofu options. It is outside a large food truck garden, but we took our food into the garden to eat, because it was beautiful in there too.“

“Great atmosphere and service was excellent. Only challenge is the food at the coat per plate. Ad vegan options go, the curry and udon noodles were good but very light on the tofu and veggies. While it was good, with all the other vegan options around it's not a destination vegan food spot. “By far the best fish we had in town during our visit! We enjoyed the panko fried mahi mahi with the lemon dill sauce! We had this for lunch so I decided to share with my husband. It was perfect for lunch as we weren’t super hungry but wished we had more time to go back and get our own for dinner. Defiantly hit up this food truck if your looking for great fish with options for the whole family!“

“Came here twice in a day. Absolutely fabulous food with reasonable price on the island. If you are on Maui, no matter where you are, you need to come here and try. No seats, no problem! Create your own dinning area either by the store, on the car dash or hood. Service super fast. Chefs are singing in the kitchen to the radio, and they are not showing it to the customer. I can only imagine how positive this team is.PS: if you tried Giovani garlic shrimp on Oahu, forget about that and order garlic shrimp here. I’ve already told Giovani their food is mediocre and overpriced, and one time business to tourists.“

“My husband and I were recommended this by multiple people while we were in Maui briefly and were so glad we went! The prices, compared to what we have been used to, we felt were reasonable. My husband had the Deep Fried spam Musubi and the Bento Box while I had the Garlic Chicken. We had a lot of food, I would recommend maybe ordering together if you don’t always eat big meals (like myself). The staff were nice too! It’s a small location and we spent maybe 45 minutes to eat here. If we have the opportunity to visit Maui again, we’d likely stop here!Parking: It’s a large lot with many stores, it’s not hard to find parking but it may not be very close especially because this location is in a corner“

“This was my kids’ favorite part of our Maui trip. Actual quotes: “100 times better than Kona ice.” (And they love Kona ice). “Can we come back here everyday?” (We tried a different place yesterday and came back to Peace, Love, Shave Ice the today). “Ok, let’s go on our hike, and then let’s come back here.” ?Only way to improve is to add more seating and shade.“

“Amazing poke place. Try your poke bowl hurricane style. Very crowded during lunch but it’s worth the wait. Staff is very friendly and uncomplicated. I only wish they would not use disposable plates and cutlery for dining in… besides that: well deserved 5 stars.“

Lovely Green Salad with julienne Carrots, halved Cherry Tomatoes and sliced Cucumbers served with Papaya Seed Dressing or one can skip the salad and get the Mac Salad instead plus one scoop White Rice. Very lovely atmosphere. Everyone is kind and always greets you with smiles. Quick service and within 15 minutes you got two plates to go. Can't beat Kalei's. Mahalo for my happy Opu! “After a delayed connecting flight, we had no time to eat before getting on our next flight to Maui. We arrived at the Lowe's parking lot where this food truck was located. Took us some time to figure out where the food truck was parked considering how big this parking lot was.I got the ribeye steak and garlic shrimp, also comes with rice and a small salad. After surviving on pretzels, I ate the whole thing. It was delish. Great portion as well. Since there were no tables to sit at, we ate on the hood of our rental car.“

“Incredible Mai Tai. Truly. And the poke tacos are to die for. The live music was lovely and the singer was simply incredible. I didn't know it was love at first, she was that good!! Service was fast and friendly. Food is great, although maybe just a bit over priced.“

“After just arriving to Maui from a 7 hour flight, the food trucks were a welcoming site! It was great to have various choices. There were some that were not open but still plenty of options. We enjoyed dinner from the shrimp truck! Lots of various shrimp dishes with very good flavors!Wheelchair accessibility: The property is located on ground level close to parking. There is a lot of loose gravel used to keep the area groomed. There are picnic tables with attached seats, no wheelchair access. Lots of little curbs or to each food truck there is typically is a step or two onto a platform.“

“Best food we had in Maui!! We came back 5 times during our last several days here and we ordered several things to take with us on the plane. The food is incredible (we had the beef stew, chicken hekka, lau lau, and chili) and reminds you of home-cooked comfort meals. The people who own this truck are even more amazing than the food and we had such lovely conversations with them. We will be back for sure. Until next time!“

“This burger is a spiritual experience. I am addicted to the bacon cheddar cheeseburger. Add the hot peppers (they aren’t too hot, more like a delicious slightly spicy pickle). The owner is really sweet and the food is both delicious and great price with a pretty wide menu. But trust me and please try the burger it’s honestly ridiculous it’s so good. A good selection of alcohol also.“

“This place is one of our favorite parts of coming to Maui. We like to walk here on the beach in the morning to get breakfast. Excellent German specialties like homemade pretzels, tropical pastries like passion curd buns, and a nice selection of gluten free - banana bread, biscotti, and mochi are some of my faves.Convenient parking lot, friendly helpful service too.“

“So good. I had the Pad Thai (3 stars-opened the sinuses). It was flavorful and the meat and veggies were tender. My husband had the Chicken Cashew Stir-fry (8 stars-had him reaching for the tissue box) and said it was delish. We both had Thai iced teas which were a perfect accompaniment to the spicy dishes. “My husband and I had the best experience at Kai Bar.. a new addition to wailea in 2021. stylish marriott pool lounge with the most amazing view at sunset of the ocean and islands. the infinitely pool reflected the changing light. Our Sunset cocktails were perfectly made, happy hour food was delicious with hawaiian flair and generous portions. we had excellent servers and bartenders, friendly and welcoming. after sunset, live music kept the mood along with perfect lighting and torch ambience. one of the best spots of our Maui vacation“

“Our server, Isaiah, was most helpful with the menu choices. We had the roasted beet salad and the Steak and Frites. We asked for the steak to be cooked medium plus, but it came out less than medium and had to be sent back to be cooked further. Other than that, it was a delicious meal in a great location.“

“This place is a tiny little Cafe in a strip mall, but the food is sooo good. We got omelettes with hash browns, they were huge, perfectly cooked, and diner style. Perfection. And the malasadas are made when you order them so they are hot and fresh and delicious.“

“This place is such a treat to come to. They have a fantastic selection from food to drinks such as slushy's or smoothie type drinks with the normal flavors to the delicious other flavors. I got the breaded teriyaki with rice & mac salad & my bf got the chicken katsu with rice & mac salad. Hands down the BEST breaded teriyaki on the island!!! Then I got a large Mango smoothie & he got a large Honeydew smoothie. I will definitely go there again when I get the chance being that we were traveling from the West side Lahaina Town. If you get the chance to check this place out you should definitely try the wide selection of yummy foods & drinks that they offer here you will not be disappointed!!Parking: There were a # of available parking spots in their parking lot structure so don't worry about the parking.“

“We dined here to celebrate a special occasion. We were greeted warmly and our special occasion was acknowledged. The view of the beach and ocean from our table was beautiful! The staff was very knowledgeable about the wine pairing and the food they were serving. Everything was first class. They made the dinner a lot of fun! We had the special fish entree of the day- not sure which was better, the presentation or the taste! So perfect! Thanks to Sararose, Larissa, Janet, Hailey, Christian, and Natalie! “This restaurant is in The Fairmont Hotel. While the hotel is very nice the restaurant is spectacular. I recommend this restaurant if you’re in the area. Nick fish market has been here for 25 years. I personally have only been here once but our guests that we were with were here 20 years ago and they thought it was great just as it was when we went. I had the 12oz lobster and It was great. Other people in our group had fish and scallops. They loved their meal so you can’t go wrong here. Service is excellent as is the food. Please make it a point to come in here.“

“5 star Lunch ,4 star dinner . Great young manager from New England area BTW. Lunch items all great ,outstanding burger and salad. The lobster sandwich rivals anything from Main , it's that good !! Get it u wont regret it! The dinner hanger steak and fresh coconut sauced fish were all very good . Only complaint small fish portion ,very small for price . Deserts were very good and decent portions ! Went twice during our stay .“
