Excellent service and great ambiance. There was good entertainment in the picnic table area on a Sunday night. The crispy tofu sliders and the happy nachos were great options. They also gave us some bonus food items that were also fantastic. Never had anything like this food before, but would highly recommend. You can get traditional ice with typical syrup flavors (like tigers blood, blue Hawaiian, root beer, lychee, coconut, piña colada, guava, fruit punch and so many more).Or you can get shaved fruit. It’s really amazing. The flavors are subtle but delicious! The ice is so fluffy! You can get it plain but I recommend getting with ice cream and topped with coconut drizzle.They take credit cards and cash. ($6 for a small, $9 for a large). “Perfect spot right before or after you arrive in Maui at the OGG airport. So many choices too in this one location but I'd just spent the last 8 hours working my way to Maui, it was hot and humid and an Açaí bowl sounded filling and refreshing! It was both. Easy ordering directions on-site for all the variations and I think I waited maybe 5 minutes for my order. I ordered a small so it's large quantities! I also ordered "da'works minus the coconut" husband ordered from a different food truck (looked to be 8-10 trucks there and on the same street just down a bit was another lot with more food trucks). YouTube had suggested these food trucks and it was a great spot so close to the airport and supporting local small businesses! It was fun to sit with others at shared tables and watch the chickens amble by.“

“Upcountry Sausage is a food truck next Mahalo Aleworks. The team was very friendly and they take great care in delivering quality food! We purchased the RagingCajun which is an Andoluie Sausage with grilled peppers, onion and bits of pineapple and more. It was delicious, served on fantastic bun. Also, we shared the Chicken Tacos, which are perfect for sharing since you get two to an order. It was grilled chicken breast meat and had, red cabbage slaw, red beans and cirn in the taco. It was really delicious and I highly recommend it.“

“Looking for the best pizza of your life? Check out Maui Slice! After taking a hopper for explore Maui for the first time, my mom and I were looking to fill the void with some tasty food. Driving the Road to Hana complicates things as there aren't many places to stop for a real meal for sometimes hours at a time. After finally getting some signal again for the first time since Hana, we elected to give Maui Slice a try. The place itself is rather unassuming, but don't let that fool you. We were the only patrons during the time we were there and had a view of the valley to ourselves. The service was top-notch, and pricing was fair especially for Hawaii. There was one employee working serving a variety of 19" pies as well as individual slices. After a short period of time, we received our deluxe pizza. The quality was superb from the crispy-yet-still-doughy crust, to the flavorful sauce, the perfect amount of cheese, and the deliciously cooked premium toppings. It reminded me of one of my favorite shops growing up, and was a perfect way to wrap up an amazing day on the island. Give Maui Slice a try. You won't be disappointed.“
