Very nice hole in the wall. Super friendly. Slightly out of the beaten path and well worth it!!!Kid-friendliness: Affordable for a cool snack. Kid friendly prices for a huge shave ice.Parking: Enough for all of the local businesses with parking spaces to spare.
We order food from Palisades Drive Inn every so often...Aunty Kalei's is right next door but never tried here. A friend said she loves this place so we decided to give it a try after eating a small lunch. I ordered the Shave Ice Shake due to the recommendation of a customer in line. I chose banana with chocolate ice cream. Aunty Kalei blends the 3 scoops of ice cream, condensed milk and the banana syrup. Another little gem in Upper Pearl City. The lady serving the shave ice is very nice and friendly. We where the last ones to order and she was so nice, she gave us lots of samples to try from previous order that by the time our order came in, we were full from samples!
