“Incredible food and friendly service. I cannot impress thru words how awesome Chelsea is. She went thru the entire menu and spoke on any dish I asked about. This is our second time as the first time was take out and the food was incredible. I dined in for breakfast and the food was incredible again. We moved here from Europe a few years ago and really appreciate the healthy style of cooking they do versus the normal sugar / salt / fat / fried food. All I have to say is come and just come and try it. It is great.Finding Sweet Corner Cafe is a little tricker. It is down the inclined drive and in the basement of the building off the street. There is a vertical banner with a Lucky Cat at the top of the drive by the street. I just parked on the street and walked down the incline to the entrance on the side of the building. There was a cat (Biggie) hanging out by the door and Sweet Corner Cafe is just down the hall with a sign above the door.“
“The meat pies are the best I’ve had. The cream puff, chocolate banana trifle and the strawberry trifle were all three excellent.We drove to the north shore a second time to visit the falls and decided it was worth the little extra time to this food truck again.No food truck in Texas tastes this good.“

“Been meaning to try Guava Smoked. The restaurant itself is small. Drive-inn vibes with a few tables in the small space at Downtown Pearlridge. The person at the counter seemed like they were the owner and were very friendly. Ordered a mix plate with boneless chicken thighs and pork with mac salad and smoked fried rice. Also ordered the smoked salmon belly bowl. Prices were very reasonable. Our order came out quickly, and served to our table. The meat was very tender and tasty. Great smoke flavor but not overpowering. The fried rice was really really good, and the amount of meat chunks included in the rice was almost a 3rd choice. Smoked salmon belly was also really good. Mac salad was ok on its own but worked well mixed in with bites of meat/rice. Would definitely come back here. I've been missing out. My only wish is they had actual bbq sauce too instead of sambal and chili water.“
“I haven't been here in years. And it is exactly as I remember it. The weight is short don't let the line overwhelm you. The food is great. The only negative that I experience was the flies were flying on the ketchup bottle and the Shoyu bottles. A few times the fly landed on my husband's water cup. Plus the type of music they play was a very disturbing.“
“I really love this place. The people are super friendly & helpful. The selection is awesome for people who love Filipino delicacies. It's like being in the Philippines. They have baka skin, kilawen kaldeng, kilawen baka, bulalo which consists of baka skin & delicious rich slightly creamy bone broth. Mmm delicious ! They also have a lot of breakfast selections which I need to go back & try. They have pancit too. Prices are average. There's a small dining area inside the shop. You'll see their food truck first when you arrive. They prefer cash but do accept card. “Amazing Service! I placed a mobile order to go on March19 for the Korean Fried Chicken plate. Upon receiving my food, It was unfortunate to find the chicken undercooked. I went ahead and called the restaurant to let them know what happened, the manager Marilyn sincerely apologize for the issue and asked if I'm able to come back to the restaurant to get a new plate. Upon arriving back at the restaurant, Marilyn apologized again. When she gave me my food, she showed me my plate just to be sure everything was to my satisfaction. She even gave me a complimentary drink for the inconvenience. I greatly appreciate Marilyn's service to making sure customers are well taken care of! WELL DONE!“
“Today I placed a large order of about 25 plates for our Union Meeting at the Pearl City location-806 Kamehameha Hwy. The person who took the order did an excellent job with no errors. They had my order ready in less than 30 minutes. I wanted to give an extra commendation to Somphone. First, she greeted me so warmly! She double checked my order, took my Bakery order, and helped me to my car! I had to return to add to the order and she helped me again. Somphone needs to given an award or a certificate! I received excellent service!“
“I had the Furikake Miso Salmon Katsu and it was delicious! My first time in Hawaii, my first time at Zippys; I wanted to be with the locals and eat what they eat, and I was told that this is the spot. I saw many items on the menu that I never heard of before, and found the two things that I really like, Katsu and Salmon. The Salmon was fresh and I know fresh fish when I bite into it. I eat salmon about every other week. Ive tried frozen salmon and Ive tried fresh salmon, and there's a huge difference between the two. I only like to eat fresh fish, and I know for a fact that my plate of Furikake Katsu was fresh. The staff and service was amazing and friendly. My entire family enjoyed the food and ambience, even my brother in law who is very picky enjoyed his food.“
