“We tried this local favorite during lunch on our trip and boy were we happy. Fish taco, shrimp taco and fish and chips were all delicious. The shrimp taco had a light clean and vibrant flavor profile while the fish taco was super fresh and very full of flaky white fish. Calamari is unlike traditional versions with thick light pieces in a perfectly seasoned breading that made it feel fresh and not too heavy. Highly recommend for an easy grab and sit lunch on the island“

“Best breakfast place in Kihei !!! We just loved it so much that we had to go again!!Serves vegetarian/Vegan options along with gluten free so it was a bliss for us!!Their wraps are so so deliciously that I bet you can’t just have one!!!We tried all the 3 vegan wraps - the caprese, the Valerie and the flo!! And they all tasted amazing. We also tried the bowls, we ordered twice the “gurl in curl” bowl and it was just awesome. The place is also cute and the ppl taking and serving the order are very sweet. We also ordered chai tea latte and it was good too. Overall I don’t think so anything in the menu is not good here as each time it was fully crowded with ppl sitting outside and inside both.Good thing is that it opens up early and it’s a perfect place for breakfast. The fruits were fresh In the fruit bowls and the mermaid bowl looked too cute to miss. Overall a must must try place. Highly recommend it to everyone, specially to vegetarian/vegan folks.“

“We didn't know what to expect from my research about the place online. It is kinda pricey, but my rule is always to add $5 to what you would expect to pay because it is Hawai'i. I was intrigued by their Lobster Mac'cheese and their crab cake panini. The place looks like it is more frequented by locals when they are celebrating a special occasion. Everyone knew to bring in or go to the store across the street to purchase wine. I did hear a waitress say there is a $5 per bottle corking fee. My husband ordered a hamburger and it was so big he couldn’t get his mouth around it even after squishing it. The fries that came with it were done just right. My crab cake panini was good and came with a huge Cesare salad. I ate the very good salad and brought the rest of my panini with me. I was a little disappointed with The Lobster Mac’n cheese. It tasted excellent but the choice of Mac noodles surprised me. They were huge and long rolls of pasta. It was difficult to eat. I would have preferred a smaller noodle with more surface area to soak up the delicious sauce. The cheese sauce was a bit soupy. It was a little loud inside when all the tables were full. Our waiter didn’t seem like he liked his job, but he warmed up to us by the end. The hostess and the gentleman with the beard were very very friendly and attentive. I’m not a fan of eating with dogs, so I’m guessing they are pet friendly. They have an inventive way of handling dessert. You will be definitely full at the end of this meal, so they had individual desserts wrapped to go in a refrigerator showcase so you didn’t have to miss out if you saw something appealing. One person was celebrating a birthday and the waiter brought the cake over in a container with a lit candle poked in the top. We’ll be back next year, with our own wine ready!“

“By far the best fish we had in town during our visit! We enjoyed the panko fried mahi mahi with the lemon dill sauce! We had this for lunch so I decided to share with my husband. It was perfect for lunch as we weren’t super hungry but wished we had more time to go back and get our own for dinner. Defiantly hit up this food truck if your looking for great fish with options for the whole family!“

“Fantastic food truck by Makena state park. I got the fish taco and al pastor taco, both were overflowing with filling so much I needed to eat some before I could hold the taco. Reasonable price ($4.50-5 per taco) for how big they are. Ingredients taste fresh and are well seasoned.“

“We recently went for a wine tasting. The wine was okay, but the Brie Happy was fantastic!! In fact, it was so good that we went back a second time during our trip. We all agreed that the GSM wine was the best! The grounds are beautiful, and they have the coolest checkers I've ever seen. It's a great place to spend an afternoon!“

I haven't tried too many of the food options but the Fish and chips are good. My parents say they enjoy the breakfast. The last time we were there we were pleasantly surprised to find out they have dessert. The cheesecake in a jar was delish. There's tons of TV's, a juke box, a pool table and dart board too. Maybe I'm biased because I had my 21st birthday here (back when the upstairs was it's own little bar/lounge) over a decade ago, but Diamonds is my favorite bar in Kihei.“

“Came here for my birthday dinner, the food and drinks were excellent. Our server John was very kind and friendly and the ambience was great as well. We ordered the grilled octopus salad and the burrata dish for starters. I got the shrimp fettuccine and my boyfriend got the chicken and waffles which came with black sesame mochi waffles that were excellent. For drinks I got the something tropical which was a very refreshing mocktail with coconut cream, and my boyfriend got the lilikoi daiquiri which was equally great. I love how this restaurant has an emphasis on farm-to-table dishes and highlights local farms. This is a great place to watch sunset on Maui and was a highlight of our trip.“

“TL;DR - Small charming store with limited but excellent options This store is located far away from most population and tourist centers, but I consider it a must-stop if you are nearby and it is open! They are known by both tourists and residents as one of the top burgers (if not THE top burger) on Maui. I have also had their taro patty burger which is a delicious and filling option for vegetarians. The meat is local, fresh, and worth every penny. Whether coming back from Hana, visiting the winery, or even just checking out the lavender farm - you should stop in!“

“One of the best pizza's I have had in a while. They were very accommodating as I wanted light cheese. They actually put light cheese. It was so good my family and I went again this time, a family member asking for light sauce, and they actually put light sauce. They listen to you and I would highly recommend getting a pizza from here.“

“A perfect evening. Greeted warmly by Diane from Anaheim. We had a party of seven and they found us a perfect table. Waiter (Charles from Florida) was playful and worked well with our crew. He helped pick the wine - which was delicious- and took it in stride when we all ordered the lamb chops after he told us no lamb. Hops tonight. Salads, steaks - fish - sides and desserts were all outstanding. Service team was excellent as they got us more bread, attentively refilled the waters and timely cleared when we were done with our courses. We have eaten at this location many times and are always impressed with the well managed restaurant. We will be back - probably this trip!!“

“This was an amazing experience! We went for Mother's Day and lemme tell you, this was the best steak I've eaten. Everything was perfect. Host was polite and accepting. Our server, Josh was awesome. He didn't talk much but it didn't bother us. The wine list was huge! So I asked Josh, our server, what I like and he allowed me to sample a wine, which exceeded my expectations! I highly recommend him! Not very much of a talker but knows his stuff! The food was out of this world. Like damn! Hard to explain you just need to go here. “This farm suffered damage from August fires. Only had a few apple bananas and 2 avacados. Took about 10 bananas and left her a $20. Wasted trip. Website needs to be updated so public knows this place is basically closed. Sad state of affairs. ?“

“This place was perfect for a quick lunch! Our server Teri was so sweet and brought a super fun surprise drink for our daughter. Coconut shrimp was delicious. No view but the inside is cute. It's close to a coffee and shave ice shop and also several souvenir shops so you can make a few hours of it.“
