Jessica Knight was our bartender and WOW! She is the best. She made my husband and I the best drinks with her own little twist on both drinks. She was so fun, engaging, and made the atmosphere so welcoming! Thank you for making our stay at the Fairmont Jessica!
Bar tender Jessica was excellent. Made incredible drinks that were both on and off the menu. Just tell her what you’re in the mood for and she’ll happily create a cocktail from scratch. She's was positive part of experience.

Amazing food (Bao Buns are fantastic) but the real gem is the bartender Jessica Knight. Jessica is a true mixologist and an expert on whiskey, but shares this knowledge in a way that is not condescending, but rather in a way that a professor who loves their subject shares their expertise with students.
