Food truck located at the Midweek Farmer's Market (on Wednesdays). Definitely wish we knew about the ordering ahead, because it takes forever, but it's certainly worth the wait. The Reuben is unbelievably tasty. One of the best we've ever had. Pro tip: If you wanna make the most of your time, hit up Red Barn right when you get to the Market; place your order; and then bop around the market as there are some unique vendors that you can't find anywhere else. Everything we had over two visits was great! You can order in advance but we did not and paid with a wait. It wasn't that bad but I wasn't in a hurry. The cheese on anything was as amazing as the delicious bread . I was so in heaven with the flavors. We at the farmers market on Saturday so the environment is fun. And you can go walk around while you wait

We found this food truck at the Paniolo Heritage Center for Saturday Farmers Market outside Waimea, and so glad we did. Our lunch of toasted cheese sandwich and tomato soup was freshly made (it took about 20 minutes) but so worth it.
