“I’m seeing people saying “I tried to order at 7pm and no one answered” and “fix your online ordering” and they don’t seem to realize they close at 6 now, and don’t deliver after 4. Literally every fast food place is hiring and doesn’t have enough staff. They have signs posted saying they close at 6. Can’t you read ?“
“I placed an online order for a combo meal and the online ordering system gave me an error message when I asked for delivery at a certain time. No big deal. I just bumped up my time. But my order was still delivered 25 minutes before the time I chose! Wow! Jesse, the JJ driver, sent me a text letting me know that my food had been delivered early! Thanks Jesse!“
“On the day I visited, the young man who took my order at the drive through had such a wonderful personality that I gave him a tip when he took my cash! He made my day. Perfect people-person. He is worth twice the normal fast-food pay. Anyone can have satisfied customers. But loyal customers is what you need. I would drive back to get McD's there even though my town also has one.“
“Casey and Dan saw us pull up and we didn’t realize how late it was but the light clicked off and as we were pulling out they said not to leave they’d get our order, me being pregnant and needing food lol was the best thing ever and for my husbands sake as well(me without food and pregnant=hangry pregnant women) and I definitely would it took it out on him so not only thank you for saving our marriage that night but thanks for the great food and customer service you two deserve well earned raises you don’t see that type of service anymore! “This was. My first time eating here and I can’t wait to go back!! Everything was amazing, the staff, the food, the atmosphere and I don’t know what else to say, except I highly recommend going them a try!!! My brother had the mushroom and Swiss, my sister in law and nephew both had the barbecue bacon cheeseburger and I got a huge tenderloin. I also got my husband a pizza burger to go and he loved it!!! “Miss Fazolis, the one in Waterloo closed years ago and no one has tried to bring one back. The food was just as good as I remember it. The chicken Alfredo was delicious, just needs a bit more chicken ?.There was at times a smell, like a sewer smell, other than that it was 4 star good, no smell, 5 stars.“
