“We stopped by while at a wrestling tournament. The waitress/cashier was friendly and very attentive. We got our food to go & it was ready quick. Our order was accurate, the food was hot, and everything we needed was in the bag. They have a huge menu and the portions are very generous. We all enjoyed our food. Wish we were in Clinton more often so we could visit more!“
“First time eating here at this little family restaurant. We ordered a Western Skillet and a Chicken Fiesta Skillet. Both were very good. The restaurant was quiet and not overly crowded. If you like cheese this is a great skillet. It was stringy and gooey and different than just melted cheese on top of everything else. I would eat here again. Just a note that on card transactions they charge a 3.9% fee.“
“Honestly, one of the best pork tenderloins we've found! I really enjoyed the topping options. I got a spicy tenderloin and my husband got a horseshoe tenderloin. Also, they have half price apps during the week from 2-5, so that was a pleasant surprise!“
“I'm generally not a fan of applebee's, i've had a lot of bad experiences. I was desperate for a late night steak so I gave it a shot. The steak was good and the mashed potatoes were surprisingly good. The bartender (Jessie I think) was very friendly.“
“I've been here multiple times with my parents and husband. It's a designation spot, as my parents are elderly now and they reminisce of the good times they've had here and around the world. We always get the chicken George and my dad and I drink cosmos. Evan was our waiter today and he was especially attentive. We've always been greeted when we arrive. The bathrooms are always very clean and smell like they've just been freshly cleaned. I can't say enough about this restaurant. There is outdoor seating too when the weather is warm. Indoors are big windows and the view is delightful.“

Hamburgers and spaghetti are also top notch and an awesome salad bar.My parents took us here as a kid and as a 30-something adult I drove my wife here from the Quad Cities just to have her try the food. One of the best places in eastern Iowa and western Illinois and worth a stop if you are remotely near Clinton.“
