“First time eating here at this little family restaurant. We ordered a Western Skillet and a Chicken Fiesta Skillet. Both were very good. The restaurant was quiet and not overly crowded. If you like cheese this is a great skillet. It was stringy and gooey and different than just melted cheese on top of everything else. I would eat here again. Just a note that on card transactions they charge a 3.9% fee.“
“In my opinion it's as good as any in the area and better than most. Cindy had had beef tacos and loved them I had a lengua/tongue taco and a tripa/tripe taco and a bowl of shrimp soup and everything was excellent. I really had doubts if I'd like the tripe but I think it was the best I've ever had. No off putting or bitter taste what so ever. I'm definitely going back for more. Hats off to the cooks,wait staff and the owners. I highly recommend the tripa tacos or anything on the menu.Parking: I didn't count the spots but it appeared to be room for 30 cars or so.Kid-friendliness: Kids are welcome and the staff has their kids there alsoWheelchair accessibility: Definitely wheelchair accessible“
“Mezcal 2 recently has new owners. Two long-time employees purchased the restaurant and are very excited for the opportunity! The food has always been good, and now they are introducing new special menu items each week! When a restaurant changes hands, you worry that the food and dining experience might suffer... worry no more! Mezcal 2 in Clinton is THE premiere Mexican restaurant in the Clinton area. Need to feed a crowd? The Fajitas for two will easily feed a table of 4 or 5. It's our favorite! Amazing value.“
