First time eating at this place, and I was actually impressed. Upon walking in, it was lit with dim lighting with fake candles on each table to help with some nice ambience (which I really like, makes me feel richer than I really am.. lol ). Trivia on Wednesday night in the bar was so amazing! We are from out of town and thought it would be fun to have a trivia night out in des moines. Kaylee was our server and made the experience epic!! Recommended the best pineapple shot. Kelly was the manager and even gave us Iowa beer t shirts knowing we were from out of town. It was such a fun night. Highly recommend. ?

This restaurant is amazing for how busy it is on Saint Patties. The corned beef special and apple crisp was amazing. I sat at the bar and Laura was the best server I met. She was very timely and prompt with refills and payment! 10/10
