Ordered at 11 am, didn’t get my food until 1:56. A two minute delivery turned into nearly 3 hours. And don’t call the store, they’re rude and sound like they don’t know what’s going on in the store. If someone would have just taken the time to talk with me, I would have been more understanding and found the time to pick it up myself. This place was very disrespectful delivery was 45 minutes late. Service was rude and called us names several times. They claimed they couldn't find us. Team at the softball field at drake was seen. And said our fault. Very disrespectful and rude.

I ordered for delivery at 4:50 finally got it at 5:37 and then when I opened the bag only one sandwich was in it. I had ordered 2 roast beef. So I called them and they put me on hold for 15 minutes after they had hung up on me 2 times first. Then I told them we only got one sandwich he said ok we’ll send another one out. No sorry or anything. Still waiting on the second sandwich if we even get it.
