Worst Jimmy John’s in Iowa.First, wouldn’t accept an Apple Pay through the drive-thru because they “aren’t liable for phones”?, so I literally had to park my car and go in the restaurant to pay for my food. LOL.Second, without telling me, they almost charged me $3 to swap ham for roast beef? Wow.Lastly, the employees were very rude & unhelpful. The food is fantastic, but the service needs improvement. I ordered Jimmy John's for lunch during a recent business trip and picked the closest location which was a 2 minute drive from my hotel. I received confirmation in the app that they received my ordered at 12:07pm. Per the app, it went out for delivery at 12:44pm.
