I am normally a homebody that lives in a bubble. My girlfriend, who lives out of state, brought me here and the food, the drinks, the service, and the atmosphere are BEYOND EXCEPTIONAL! A HUGE SHOUTOUT to MICHELLE, our server, who provided phenomenal hospitality, a warm smile, and timely service despite a busy environment. The wait staff were very friendly and did a great job. Breakfast egg rolls are phenomenal , I would travel back to Des Moines just for them. My better half had the shrimp and grits and couldn't stop raving about them. She also had a habanero and mango mimosa and loved it.I had waffle and turned them in to I believe was the apple strudel. It came with two eggs and two sausages.I didn't care for the waffles it was a little under cooked. Eggs and sausage cooked perfectly.
