“I found Either/Or on The Community Best of Iowa website because they won the Honorable Mention award for 2023 "best eatery." I know that thecommunitybest dot.com is rather selective and wouldn't hand this distinction out without merit, so I stopped in for lunch the other day! I kept it simple and ordered their popular Smashburger and fries. The burger was delicious, the restrooms clean, the staff friendly and engaging, and the atmosphere refreshing. I will definitely be back when the patio opens!“
“Excellent everything honestly. It is pricey for a "chicken spot" but very worth it. Only weird thing that was kinda annoying was how long the line took to place an order. Maybe it was a lot of indecisive people or something cause once ordered food was quick, fresh and delicious.Had the 6 double dip wings, with Brussels, shishitos, and potato salad. Also an order of honey butter fries. And let me say, effin chef kiss on those indulgent piles of GD goodness!Total for me and my GF for identical orders, I had a beer she had a pop. Grand total with tip was $54.“
“I thought Waveland had the best pancakes in town until I came to MST. The buttermilk pancakes are thick, fluffy, with a slight lemon zest flavor and the homemade whipped cream is delicious. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ my smoked wings were good but I’ll be back for the cakes alone“

“Really great! It's possibly the best pizza I've had since we moved here. Order was placed and made ready at exactly the time they said it would be. Had two pizzas, wings, and salad. Everything tasted really good, only knock would be the wings were a little tough like they were cooked just a little too long. Will definitely be back.“

“The young man working front counter was EXCELLENT!! Friendly, thorough, and efficient. The food was fresh and hot and didn't take too long. A kitchen employee came up front to get something and she smiled and greeted me before going back to the back. Great service on top of great food = very happy customer!!! “Never had an issue with this location. Drivers are very rarely late (5 minutes at worst, since our complex is a maze lol) and are always friendly when they get here. On the few take-out orders we do, the employees are friendly and make sure we don't have to wait too long for our order, if at all. Our food have never been messed up yet in three years of ordering from them. Definitely the best out of the locations we've been to.“
“After two separate 1-star experiences at Pizza Ranch locations in Waukee and Winterset, I gave up on what had previously been one of my favorite resturant chains. Years later and I found myself walking in the door at the Urbandale location with limited expectations. I was happily surprised!The male cashier (I regret not getting his name) who greeted me was phenomenal. The level of service, his contagious smile, and attention to detail were next level. It felt like I had walked into a Chick-fil-A and was greeted by the franchise owner.In stark contrast to my other Pizza Ranch experiences, the food here was fantastic. Starting with a fully stocked and fresh salad bar; no missing ingredients, no frost burnt lettuce. The pizzas were also all high quality, rich in toppings, and masterfully prepared. (Too often pizza buffets skimp on ‘expensive’ toppings such as meat and cheese, but not here!)Admittedly, the woman clearing dishes came by more often than I would have preferred, trying to take plates away while I’m still eating from them. Though, I could see she was well meaning and just trying to be helpful.Another small negative was 2-3 week’s buildup of dust on the lamp shades above each table. While it was at eye level when I’m standing, this may have been missed by a sub 6’ cleaning staff.Still, my overall experience was excellent from start to finish. Hey, even the ice cream machine was working! I’ve already returned a second time and plan on doing so again before heading back overseas.“

“My husband is a Shaq-a-roni addict, and I have to admit I sneak some when nobody is looking to watch me mess up my low carb diet. It's delicious, and it's huge. He gets several meals out of it. So far, they still have it at a reduced price, too. We have always had it delivered and never had a problem with the delivery time or anything else. The pizza is piping hot on arrival. I should try their wings, eh? OK, I'll stop now. I'm making myself hungry.“

“I wish we had this Chicken Coop Bar and Grill in Florida. I had visited my nephew in Iowa and we spent 4 out of my 10 days of vacation visiting your establishment. “We came to town for a soccer tournament and looked up the best wings in town and found Rico’s. The reviews did not disappoint. We had 2 orders of 4 flavors. Spicy bbq, Cajun dry rub, traditional and Korean. Every flavor tasted great. The fries were awesome too. The only disappointment was that we didn’t have room to try the catfish. Next time for sure. When you’re there, be patient and enjoy yourself. It’s a small staff so don’t be in such a hurry. But do go. The food is outstanding.“
“A big 5 stars id go even more for this place! First time we ever tried Papa Johns pizza yes FIRST time just thought it was another fast pizza joint but it's truly not. Very nice employees! Excellent pizza we even ordered a second after just the first slice of the new calzone stuffed crust with mushrooms. A good sweet sauce just knocked it out the park for my wife and I. The second pizza we just had to try was the Philly cheese steak and we did that in the calzone stuffed crust as well and we didn't try it till we got home and OMG delicious! We will return to this Papa Johns in the future well done guys! Super happy with these pizzas and look forward to trying some of your others very soon thank you!“

“Came in for a quick bite to eat but slow service prevented the quick part. However, the food was pretty good. I had the French dip and there was plenty of beef. The fries were plain if you don't like seasoned. All other sides is extra $. Someone at the table ordered the plain cheeseburger with sweet potato fries. They said it was ok, nothing special. We both received plenty of fries which was nice. The place was loud but we were still able to hear each other at the table with no difficulty. There are several TVs if you are interested in seeing a game, it looked like every seat had a good view.“
