Only happens when it's GOOD -- a civilized-adult, tearing through what should last more than a few seconds. But, this was a truly juicy, *perfect* burger, with truffle-salt duckfat fries, on a special day. The manager (cis-female, light brownish hair) greeted me on entry, knowing me by phone voice, order ready with a kind note (how many humans do that?). As you can see, no reason for leftovers...
It’s weird because this place has such a cool concept, and yet it’s the most mediocre food. I’ve given it three chances too, and each time I’m dissatisfied. The fries themselves are pretty tasty, but surprisingly the sauces are not. Maybe about 2 or 3 that actually have some noticeable flavor. The burgers are just not good. Not worth it in my opinion!

the part that has ruined the last few visits is the customer service and how disgusting the place is. I do not think they clean the tables or floor ever. We had to try and wipe our own table and it was thick with caked dirt. You clear your own table and that whole station was full clearly not taken out for a while.
