Such a clean and fresh assortment if options on the bar! A surprise of egg drop soup that was excellent. We will surely come again!
When I lived in Boise this was one of my favorite places to go eat. So much so to this day if I go visit the area I make sure to stop there. The food is fresh, cooked right in front of you with the ingredients of your choice. You can make your own portions and mix as you like. When you get handed your food that steaming hot noodle bowl is dream! And the service is excellent. I never had a bad experience there. Ever.
