Next door is a UPS store, and as I was unloading a GIGANTIC, unwieldy box from my trunk that weighed around 50 lbs., a Blimpie employee named Tom was walking past, I assume on his break. He could see me struggling to maneuver the box, with 3 young children in tow, and he stopped and offered to help with no hesitation. He carried the box all the way inside and got it up onto the counter for me before shaking my hand and going on his way. This guy is everything that’s right in this world. Thank you Tom“

“Friendly efficient outgoing staff and I’m there so often they know my name without asking and we laugh! Quick service and really good food in all I have tried. I notice children love and wear the hats! Sometimes it seems building to small at rush times. Healthy food choices I like!👍😊

I came in running behind from a trip to Walmart and was bringing lunch to a relative and needed a sandwich in a hurry, so I could make it on time and he put together a beautiful sandwich in record time and had me checked out and on my way! I personally got the Buffalo chicken which actually tasted good but it seems they left on some veggies I asked to take off but I'll give the benefit of a doubt that it's just the same color. It's another sandwich chain that does their job well but it's similar to the other ones.“

While some say the menu items are going downhill, I've still got my personal favorites. Also, we can't really blame the staff for corporate changes to the menu. The staff here at this location has always been warm and welcoming. Wifi is fast, plenty of deals, and unlimited caffeine for your working/ schooling needs. I recommend the Chipotle Chicken Avo Melt and the Toasted Frongeta Chicken sandwiches (opt for the Ciabatta bread). The pick two system is great, but it's hard for me to pick a soup over more sandwich- the soups are great though.

Definitely recommend the sip club, even if you don't drink coffee. Also the drive-thru is a quick way to get a large soda any time you are on the road. Sip club also works country-wide so you can get free drinks on road trips, airports, etc. It's great, especially when you can get the $3/ month deal.

Additionally, if you're feeling non-sociable, you can get everything you need with the kiosks or the app. It really does not get any more convenient. Wake up, grab unlimited coffee, snag a wall plug for your laptop, and get to it! Thanks to all the peeps behind the counter for making our daily workload less insufferable 💪“

“Yes, I'm giving them 5 stars (State St. location) For a sandwich joint, they are legit. Staff is always friendly when I walk in. It's immediate when I walk in, the welcome greetings. The young man who took my order was fast and very kind. They have their system down! As soon I a done grabbing my beverage my sandwich was already ready for me. The dining tables are clean. The whole restaurant is a well oiled machine.“

“I was in town visiting from Florida for a wedding. I have to say this was one of the best burgers I’ve ever had! I do want to mention the 3 guys working, Nick, Devin & Tony. Not only were there so friendly, there were amazing with my daughter’s peanut allergy and even went to see what oil they used to be 100% sure it was safe. He's REALLY nice and has great customer service. I run a business that deals with clients, and hospitality is very important to me, and this fella's always in the best mood - you should give him a raise for being so friendly and helpful all the time.
