I work in food service. Ordering terminals were down, stranded for 10 minutes in the front waiting for someone to take my order. Got my drink, the machine hasn't been cleaned in years. The pedal got stuck and soda wouldn't stop flowing. Employee came and acted like I did something wrong. When they know it probably happens 100x a day. When getting food at an airport there are some things I expect: the food will be overpriced, and it will probably be worse taste and quality than that chain typically produces. However, those should be offset by the one positive: it should be quick for people between flights.
