First time I've been to Applebee's in quite a while, and what a pleasant surprise. Food and service outstanding, and Happy Hour from 3 to 6 for half off all appetizers and drinks.,.
I ordered the 4 Cheese Mac and Cheese with Honey Pepper Chicken Tenders. The noodles were dry and hard. The waitress told us that is how they are made at all the Applebee's and that the cook was following the recipes by the book. In my opinion, that book needs to be burned. I explained to her that the one we went to in Twin Falls on Wednesday had a lot more cheese sauce than I had on my plate. The waitress said she would get me some more sauce. She said that it was Alfredo sauce....read full review

Our server was polite, but one of my party members is hard of hearing and the server was basically whispering. Even when we mentioned hard of hearing, still just a whisper. Also it was near closing, very few tables left, and took an exuberant amount of time to get our check. Come to think of it, to place our food order, too. Service was super slow. The steak tasted fantastic and drinks were good, pretzel sticks were probably microwaved but that's what you expect at these chains.
