Great food & really good service by all employees. Renee, our waitress, was exceptional & has a great personality. Pricing is very fair for the portions you receive, eg. (Blueberry pancakes)!!! Loaded w/blueberries & (2) pancakes as big as the plate. I had the “Dixie Special” which came with biscuit & gravy which was excellent. If you don’t get there early, expect a short wait & you’ll soon understand why!”

“Good donuts usually good service. Last visit we were the only customer at 430p on a Friday. Girl was in a hurry to get us out and they were mostly out of donuts ( I was getting them after work for Saturday morning work). Iced long John’s were icing down in the bottom of the box and donuts I asked for in addition to the dozen for work weren’t in the bag or the box. Like I said great donuts and hopefully next time it’ll be a better experience.”

“Their loaded potatoe soup is more like a loaded mash rather than a soup, although really yummy. I wanted to order a sandwich but noticed the sandwich assembly station from the register and noticed the kitchen staff wearing no gloved making sandwiches. I would fix this just to instill a better idea of cleanliness.
My first time coming the staff were extremely rude and rushed us to order with an empty restaurant. This time was slightly better.”

My wife and I had the Buffalo Chicken Pizza I will be back very nice family also I met the owners mother a very sweet lady glad I found it and wanted to try it. I was also told that the meatballs are a homemade the way the owners grandma made them years ago. I will definitely try them when I go back but the pizza was awesome👍”

“Celebrated a friend’s birthday and the evening could not have been better! Our server, Rose did a fabulous job. 4 out of 5 of us had never dined here before and Rose was so helpful with her recommendations from the menu. We started with a couple appetizers, toasted artichoke hearts and stuffed mushrooms. Both apps were very good. My pepperloin with a side of blue cheese and bacon potatoes was delicious and the steak was cooked to perfection. Tony’s is a great place for a special occasion or a date night. We will definitely be back!”

“Our Valentine's Day experience at White Castle was fun/enjoyable experience. White Castle did a very good job decorating. My wife, son and I ordered a lot of food and it came out fast. It was delicious. I was surprised with how many people actually showed up. The dining room was full.”

“my 4yr old grandson and I go there as often as we can. Great service and great food. Definitely beats McDonald's were he usually wants to go. He eats biscuits and gravy sausage links and fried potatoes there. when before we went there he wouldn't eat anything but McDonald's. so glad to have this place to go to. “I want to say that me and my husband stopped in here for our anniversary. From the road It looked like a very small shop, we went in is a very nice large shop with plenty of seating. The pie was great and so was the lemonade. Staff was very welcoming and friendly. We will definitely be back on another date night. 5⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️”

“First time! Gorgeous evening to sit on the patio. Patio ambiance was upscale casual.

Service: Server (Mackenzie) was perfect - personalized recommendations, quick turnaround on requests, always there when needed and invisible when not needed.

Starters and drinks: My only criticism of the meal is that our caesar dressing was not chilled (as though it had sat out before being poured) but the flavor was perfectly peppery and the romaine was crisp. Our drinks were an old fashioned (garnished with cherry & orange and made strong) and an espresso martini (3-bean garnish but not particularly strong).

Entrees: one filet mignon with asparagus (cooked to just the right an of crisp) and baked potato and one peppered salmon on rice. Both entrees were the highest quality, prepared to perfection; I suspect that anything on the menu would exceed expectations.

Service (continued): Teammate - name unknown - kept our waters topped off and discarded dishes cleared from the table without interrupting. Five stars.”

The staff are all super friendly people. The owner is a stand up guy, and you can tell he really cares about his customers and he treats his employees with love and respect like any great owner would. I would HIGHLY reccomend this place to ANYONE looking to have some great food, drinks, and fun. The hours are 11am to 11pm, kitchen is 11am to 10pm. this place is an absolute gem 💎.”

Always a good time. Sam and Woody are not serving you it Missy, Michelle, or as they call Cheyenne " the new girl" you can't go wrong with any of the three. And if you are lucky enough to run into Elliot or some other regular faces, you have a great day ahead!”

Probably the most fun if you bring a friend or two, and preferably ones who like to play pool or darts. I believe they were cash only at the bar, and they didn't really have a lot of drink specials when I went. So bring cash.”

“Hong Kong House - How Happy I am to have you opened again! The ONLY Chinese Restaurant in the Alton area that serves REAL Chinese Veggies in their meals - NOT frozen peas, carrots, & corn. I ordered the Veggie Fried Rice - served with thinly sliced carrots, bean sprouts, water chestnuts, baby corn, and bamboo shoots just to name a few. We also had Hunan Chicken Combo Plate with Fried Rice and Crab Rangoon - Yummy. Again lots or real fresh veggies without being over loaded with huge chunks of onion. Love Love Love the food here”

Also, there’s only one choice of ice cream and no toppings.
