The environment was clean and inviting. Tony, the manager, introduced himself and gave me a history of the establishment. I asked what he would suggest because everything on the menu looked mouth watering. I had the Muddy Fries ? and Ninja Dawg . Not only was it great tasting, but it was very appealing to the eye. Presentation and flavor are everything to me. This place is very kid friendly with a children's menu, children movies playing, video arcade games, and a giant connect four. “Place is exactly what you're hoping for when you go to one of these spots. Cheesy beef was the definition of cheesy! Finally a place that don't just give ya one layer there had to be 3-4 layers of cheese! And the tuna melt on a hot pita oh my goodness nicely mixed and fresh topping and veggies. This is definitely a good place and you can hear the guy at the counter addressing "Billy" so could only assume the man the place is named after is back there working love to see it“

Chicago style dog is decent, but doesn't have that classic snap like the Vienna beef dogs at Portillo's. Fries have a crispy exterior and fluffy interior. Fries were hot but not ripping hot like fresh from the fryer. Fries are mostly unsalted but there are salt packets at the counter.The atmosphere is quite lacking. One tv, no ambient music, and posters of Vienna beef and sausages.It's a small place that offers a variety of food options like tacos, gyros, burgers, and hotdogs. The price is reasonable and the food is decent, but nothing amazing stands out here.Kid-friendliness: They do have high chairs for little ones.“

“I wish i could give 5 stars because the food is absolutely delicious, but a few times I've stopped by during their business hours and there was no one there in the middle of the day, and not even a note on the door saying if they'll either be right back or that they're closed and sorry for the inconvenience. I'm sure they're short staffed but a bit of consideration towards the customers that enjoy coming here would be appreciated. Even if they had an open/closed sign on their window so i know before getting out of my car for the door to be locked. It has deterred me from driving out of my way to come grab food on my way home from work here, unfortunately. I'll still stop by if I'm passing, though. The food is great, however! Just a bummer about them being randomly closed.“

Meat thick cut with nice crisp edges, lots of onion, tomato and a good tsatsiki. Tsatsiki good enough we wished there was a bit more on it, but be that as it may...it was a pretty darn good gyro. Tasty fries. A cheeseburger which totally satisfied us. Good meat with a good char around the edges. Very flavorful and juicy. In our view the place is a good bet and we'll definitely be back.“

I did not complain about mine but mama was talking to the manager when she started coughing so it was inevitable.
