“Went to this Portillos in Bloomingdale drive thru only.We ordered Italian beef, chopped salads, and a hot dog.The Italian beef is excellent, as always. Same for the chicken chop salad.The hot dog, however, was rather tough. I believe it had been overcooked, making it somewhat chewy.“

“Food was good as usual. The guys behind the counter were over and above nice. Some lady didn't have the shake she ordered, it was taken by the previous order for whatever reason. They were extremely nice to that lady, apologized for the mistake and made her another while keeping her informed what was going on. Y'all got a good team that was working together.“

“I really love the decor and style at this location!!! There are always plenty of seats inside, but the parking can be tough, I mean really tough. I usually park in the lot connected to the strip mall and walk a few hundred feet. The problem is the drive thru is small and wraps around blocking parking spots and you can be blocked in from getting out.Friendly staff, food is almost always ready on time. Washrooms are clean, tables and chairs are constantly being wiped down. Food is hot and I've never had an issue with a wrong order or a mix up at this location.“

“I've been to the original Johnnie's on North Ave for many, many years. We decided to check out this place since it's closer to our home. Happy to report, that they did not disappoint. The menu here is more robust than the one at the original Johnnie's. Food was exactly as delicious and they even have a watermelon flavored Italian ice which was a total hit with the kiddos.“

“I always get it to go but they do have some tables there. The fiesta gyro (we minus the pepper flakes), Greek salad and the chicken pita (with chipotle ranch replacing the mayo) is our favorite. “Mickey's is always great. Service is always quick and friendly. We love the hot dogs, pizza puffs, Italian beef and sausage, polish sausage and more.Kid-friendliness: No explicit kids menu but they have kid friendly options like chicken tenders and grilled cheese (and of course hot dogs) which my kids love.“

“I have been going here for a few years now. I Wasn't one for doing reviews, but I decided I will start with the places that are exceptional. Scooby is small inside, but everything about the food is worth it. The fries are amazing, once I tried the ribs I had them straight for the next 5 times I went in there. Pete the owner cuts the ribs in individual pieces then puts them on the grill to crisp them up, OMG fire! I am also addicted to the strawberry shake.“

“Place is exactly what you're hoping for when you go to one of these spots. Cheesy beef was the definition of cheesy! Finally a place that don't just give ya one layer there had to be 3-4 layers of cheese! And the tuna melt on a hot pita oh my goodness nicely mixed and fresh topping and veggies. This is definitely a good place and you can hear the guy at the counter addressing "Billy" so could only assume the man the place is named after is back there working love to see it“

“No frills location in a strip center. The staff was friendly and it was clean for a "hole in the wall" type place. There are quite a few menu options.I with with a Chicago dog, fries, and drink and it was less than 10 bucks. You can't beat that.The fries were cooked enough to not be wimpy, another few seconds in the fryer would have been perfect. Well seasoned, and you get a huge order.The dog was perfect. I'd put it up against the more well known places in the Chicago area. Bun was soft, seasoning spot on, and the veggies fresh.“

“Was in the area and had to make a stop back to Mochinut. The flavors this week looked really good. I love the texture and chewiness of these donuts. They are light and not overly sweet. We enjoyed the original glazed and churro at the store. My sister was expecting the glazed to be a sugar rush. But to her surprise it wasn't too sweet, but perfect! She had her first mochiball and loved the strawberry filling. Great little after noon treat to enjoy with hot tea on this frigid cold weekend!“

Chicago style dog is decent, but doesn't have that classic snap like the Vienna beef dogs at Portillo's. Fries have a crispy exterior and fluffy interior. Fries were hot but not ripping hot like fresh from the fryer. Fries are mostly unsalted but there are salt packets at the counter.The atmosphere is quite lacking. One tv, no ambient music, and posters of Vienna beef and sausages.It's a small place that offers a variety of food options like tacos, gyros, burgers, and hotdogs. The price is reasonable and the food is decent, but nothing amazing stands out here.Kid-friendliness: They do have high chairs for little ones.“

“Good for fast food, this seems to be the area equivalent of in-n-out. Retro decor inside with lots of hanging metal signs, pretty neat! I had a Chicago dog and wasn't disappointed. Was it the best hotdog that I've ever had? not even close... But for the price and experience I'd say it was well worth the trip.“

“Wow Scoobys has got to be one of the greatest hot dog places in my area. Every time I walk in there I get the aroma of French fries in the air. I never know what to order but I usually get a beef and cheese. But their Chicago hot dogs are delicious too. Wash it down with a green river and you might not want to eat again for days.“

I Googled the word dawd (because I thought it was different lol), and The Dawg Park in the Arboretum appeared just 3 doors down east of Xsport Fitness. The staff was nice and polite. The environment was clean and inviting. Tony, the manager, introduced himself and gave me a history of the establishment. I asked what he would suggest because everything on the menu looked mouth watering. I had the Muddy Fries ? and Ninja Dawg . Not only was it great tasting, but it was very appealing to the eye. Presentation and flavor are everything to me. This place is very kid friendly with a children's menu, children movies playing, video arcade games, and a giant connect four. “Never disappointed with the food and service here. Food was hot and fresh. Everything was delicious. The only disappointing part of the meal was that it had to end. If you're ever in or near addison IL give this place a try. You won't regret it.Vegetarian options: While glancing at my options I noticed a few vegetarian dishes clearly marked as such. I myself am not vegetarian only have them as friends which is why it stood out to me.“

“Mostly the food was very good for real but I got a Gladiator burger that did not have everything on it that they said it would on there plus I asked for peppers and they neglected to put that and yet they put the top part of the tomato that has that brown circle where the stem was on it. I can't eat that and I don't want that on my $11 burger! and that was the only piece of tomato. it made me feel like they don't like me! Then the fried okra was overcooked tough and horrible.“

“Now this place.. I’m blown away. My partner picked up the food and said the service was outstanding and very friendly! Let’s move onto the food, the fries and onion rings were perfect, they had that crunch. The cheese sauce is the best around here. My favorite out everything we ordered was definitely the Chubby Pug the bbq sauce takes it up a million notches. The Chicago dogs are really good, if a place can’t make a good Chicago dog DONT GO. I will say the Mac n cheese could definitely be taken up a few notches, not much flavor. Definitely will be running back to this place to try more! Can’t believe it’s only 2 minutes from my house and this was my first time trying!“

“We got a couple of things. The burger was good, I'll get one again. Fish sandwich was ok, wife said a bit to much breading. Chicken tenders were delicious!! So many cheese curds in a large order. Had enough for munching on the next day. Rootbeer was out of this world. Next visit is rootbeer floats.“

“Great fresh made fries. Very good Italian beef, flavorful gravy and a good sized sandwich. The staff was fast and courteous. The place is decent sized and seats a good 20 people. I was disappointed with the shakes though, they are pretty pricey and nothing special to write home about. They present nice, but over all I did not feel the value was there on this one item.“
