“I'm a big believer of supporting restaurants. It's extremely hard work with minimal payout in most cases. However, writing a fair review is important as well so customers can benefit from it and hopefully, owners make changes to improve. With that said I rate this Restaurant a 4 instead of a 5. The reason I'm taking one star away is not for the food but for pricing. I will not come back with my family again as I don't see the value. Dishes are overpriced for the quantity you are receiving. We ordered the Kabab platter, butter chicken, kadai chicken and chicken tikka. Avoid the butter chicken completely, very heavy on the butter and dark meat used was of low quality. Rest of the dishes were good but as I said overpriced. I feel if the owners stop calling it "fine dining" and realign the prices they will attract more repeat customers. Otherwise most customer will be one and done. Not because of the food but because they don't see value in the overall experience.“

“The food was absolutely delicious and the service was wonderful. Very attentive and food came out very, very quick. Rishi was great! Definitely try the Gobi Manchurian! So good! Only giving 4 stars because we were disappointed to learn they were no longer doing in table bbq/cooking which we were all very excited for, but otherwise good food and good experience“

“Food was delicious and the service was excellent. Mufthi who took our order was very attentive and checked on us time to time. The place was well staffed and decorated. There is a small snack shop where we could buy prepackaged South Indian snacks like seedai, mullu murukku, pepper thatai, butter murukku, kai murukku etc. I will definitely stop by whenever I visit Chicago.“

“This was our first time here with a toddler and we enjoyed our experience. The ambiance is wonderful and it is nearby our hotel making it very convenient for us to come. The food was fantastic. Not too spicy and our kid enjoyed herself. The services was great. Empty plates were taken up right away without being asked and the water was also replaced without being asked. A wonderful experience and will definitely come back again.Vegetarian options: The paneer makhani is fantastic and one of the better dishes we've had.Kid-friendliness: There is a high chair“

“We’ve eaten here twice now - once for a date night and one for family dinner. The menu is very deep and there were a lot of dishes that I hadn’t seen at other Indian restaurants - perhaps regional specialties - so I confess there was a lot of googling involved in ordering! For just the two of us, we wanted to try all new things - pani-puri, dosa masala, a veg delight curry, a goat roganjosh and a paneer Szechuan sizzler. The sizzler was underwhelming, honestly - mostly French fries, but everything else was delicious! With the family (8yo boy, 4yo girl - not culinarily adventurous at all, so we knew we were in for a rough time!) we played it safer. We got some kovas, a mild chicken korma, a spring dosa and lots of garlic naan, then as a concession to the kids, we got a cheese pizza. It had a slightly different sauce from traditional pizza, but didn’t seem to phase them at all. They reluctantly took nibbles of some of the other items - there was bribery involved, and it was hit or miss, but it was their first exposure to Indian food. I thought it was all delicious. (How can kids not like garlic naan?! I swear that was its own food group for me as a kid!)It gets busy with big family groups later than I would have expected, 8 or 9pm, so we had no trouble getting seated at 6:30 on a Saturday.Vegetarian options: Veg and non-veg sections are clearly labeled!Kid-friendliness: The environment is very kids friendly and there are lots of kids there even late in the evening. Families with picky eaters can fall back on the pizza, grilled cheese and fries. The waitstaff was happy to recommend mild dishes“

“Great customer service! The owner and his team go above and beyond with the quality of their food to servicing customers. The pani puri tastes like the ones you can find in the streets of India but better. I am a regular at this stall and I highly recommend their Nimbu soda, Pani Puri and Dehi Puri.Vegetarian options: Pani puri is an Indian snack that is completely vegan (contains no milk, or meat). The vegetarian option is the dehi puri which has yoghurt in it. The other options available are vegan as well as they have potatoes, peanuts, peas, chickpeas and wheat. The items are snacks and those with dietary restrictions should keep that in mind.“

“I would go there for a solid dosa and Sambar, it was good taste and quality. The pav bhaji was a bit lacking, I felt the bhaji needed more of the actual pav bhaji masala and the pav was maybe slightly stale. The most surprising dish was the spinach kofta, it was delicious. Overall, solid place, especially in an area where the Indian food is slightly lacking.“

“Currently sitting in a food coma after inhaling my butter chicken, garlic naan, paneer pakora, and aloo tikka. Such amazing flavor in every single dish, but the surprise standout for me was the unique take on aloo tikka. It was just a flavor bomb with the perfect level of spice. I can’t wait for my leftovers tomorrow, and to keep ordering from my go-to Indian restaurant!“

“I was there for lunch last week. The decor is very unique and reflective of Himachal decor from India. The food was very tasty. We ordered paneer tikka for appetizer. Sadly the masala was burnt black, paneer was soft and overall taste was not bad.We ordered pav Bhaji and amristari kulcha. Both of those tasted great. Spice level was perfect.Portion sizes were decent. We were not able to finish and took food home.“

“I just had lunch for the 2nd time here (Naperville) and it was great! It is a terrific casual restaurant, much like Chipotle, Subway, etc. where you select your options. I love Indian food and this did not disappoint. The menu is versatile and clever, and had options for my omni friend and vegan options for me. The owner was there today and was very engaging. They have four locations (so far), three in the city and one in Naperville. Look for more suburban locations to open. I highly recommend!“

We ate a variety of dishes including Mysore masala dosa, Chole bhature, vada, samosa chat, and tea, and every item exceeded our expectations in taste. “A cozy spot offering delicious Indian cuisine. Our order included Apollo Fish, Onion Rings, Pepper Chicken, Naan with Paneer Curry, Goat Biryani, and the special Bhagara Rice with Dalcha. The Pepper Chicken was a bit on the spicier side, while the Goat Biryani and Bhagara Dalcha Rice were delightful. We concluded our meal with Qubani-ka-Meetha with ice cream and Double-ka-Meetha. Such special treats make it a place worth revisiting.“

“I cannot say enough good things about the meal we had. We ordered a ton to share and every dish was better than the last. Chicken Biryani, Butter Chicken, Palak Paneer, Gulab Jamun, the garlic naan, the mutton soup, the mint chutney, perfectly sweet mango lassi, and at least a half dozen other dishes that I forgot the name of. Everything was so good! One thing: make sure to ask for extra spoons early and often!“

“Very good experience in quality of food and service.Dietary restrictions: Quite a few gluten-free choices. Dairy-free is a little harder, but there are vegan choices. We had aloo jeera and lamb do piazza for DF/GF and vegetable biryani was made vegan for us.Parking: Easily accessible location (separate building in the Cress Creek shopping center) with close easy free parking.“

“recently came with a group of 37 & food was delicious. all the food came hot and tasted great. the food took a little while to come but it’s expected as we were a large group — majority did order ahead and i think it helped the food come out in a timely manner so if you’re coming in a large group i’d definitely recommend doing so. servers were really nice & accommodating. we’re returning patrons & love the food here. our table got the chicken makhni (butter chicken), chicken tikka masala, tandoori chicken, chicken biryani, and basmati rice. fan favorites is the chicken biryani and chicken makhni. overall would definitely recommend! for families of young children, there are no changing tables in the washroom so keep that in mind when visiting (:edit: they informed me there is a changing table! i didn’t think to check the bathroom in the banquet area, that’s my mistake. thank you so much for your service!“

“Food was good! I think the bowl is the best value! Also you can customize how spicy you want it to be which is nice! I was super impressed by how my hair and clothes didn't smell afterwards! Their vent system must be pretty good! My only complaint was that they had someone cleaning the carpet, like dusting and flapping the mats while we were eating. I think it was a third company, but the staff didn't even ask them to take it outside or away from the dining area.“
“If anyone wants to taste authentic Kerala cuisine, look no further. Curry Leaves IS THE PLACE for it!!! We had ordered Kerala cuisine vegetarian food from here for our Onam party. The food tasted so authentic to the traditional recipes that I have had back home!! Even more so is the Customer service. Ben was so gracious to accommodate last minute change ls in the menu!“

“We got the butter chicken, dabeli, and samosas before heading out to celebrate my sibling's birthday. Food was incredible, the guys in the truck were super nice, will be making this a regular stop and telling everyone in the neighborhood to check them out.“
“Anmol is my goto when I decide to take friends out to dinner. I trust always that the food quality and taste are going to be superior and they have never disappointed!! I dont know how they manage to maintain the quality and flavor of the food the same all the time! The servers as well as management are always courteous and helpful! They even helped suggest menu items for a feiend who had gluten allergies. Trust this place for any of your dinner invitations and it will be the best choice you’ll make!!“

“This review is specific to a delivery through DoorDash. Overall, I thought the quality and variety of food was pretty good (albeit limited on DoorDash relative to what I heard they have at the restaurant). The vegetable biryani was plentiful and had great flavor, and the variety bread option was nice for the assortment. We also really enjoyed the chickpea dish and saag dish, which both felt like homemade cuisine vs. very creamy, which I appreciated. Only reason for a 4 star rating is that expectations of quantity (relative to my family's dine in experience) did not match delivery. But otherwise, we'll be back!“

“We recently placed an order for our house warming. I was pleasantly surprised that the food tasted like home cooked food. The catering service is family run and we could see the hard work which went into making our day special! The family was very friendly and accommodating. Thank you!Vegetarian options: Loved the variety they offer. They were accommodating in making the food without Ghee , catering to vegans.“
