“I was there this morning on Saturday 02-12 2022 at 10:15 am and they were all on top of it Especially a young lady named Jessica! She was at the register and even though they were very busy she took the time to let me know there were sorry and acknowledged I was there! And when it was my turn for the order it was very quick! Would definitely recommend and be back again! Thank you Jessica you need a raise! Because I've been to some dunkin Doughnuts and they were very rude! Keep up the great work! It's people like you that will keep bringing me back to your location!“

“Located in community where veganism is scarce puts this restaurant on the map. I've seen many reviews and videos via social media and decided to give it a try. I ordered my food online for pickup. Super seamless pick up. It was clean and quiet inside the establishment. I loved the Birria vegan tacos. The chef did not skimp on the mushrooms or the flavor. I would've wanted it to be spicy but it was still delicious without. For vegan consume, I will say it's good but doesn't quite hit the spot as the non vegan consume would. Great for dipping though. I think three tacos is incredibly filling but would've appreciated rice or beans to be added to the dish for the price. As a tea connoisseur (not really but still), I can appreciate the liquid gold beverage. I definitely believe this is for people interested in trying tea or using it for medicinal purposes. I found it to be something I could've whipped up at home so I wouldn't be inclined to try again. Overall, I will be a repeat customer.“

“It’s no surprise that there is are all 5 star reviews. One of the best cakes I’ve had. I planned an office event in February highlighting black owned businesses and last minute found this bakery. I came towards the end of the day so the only thing available was a frozen cake. I was definitely skeptical but the cashier said it would taste just fine once let it sit out a bit. It was so moist, it was amazing. 10/10 that was a frozen cake so I can only imagine what the fresh cupcakes taste like.“

“We stopped in for a special treat. They had a good selection of donuts. The shop was decorated nicely and the man who was working there was inviting, helpful and nice. We decided on 6 donuts, Boston creams, pistachio, blueberry cheesecake, apple cider and bacon maple. We enjoyed them all! The prices are average for this type of shop and it does have a nice area to sit and eat if you want to do that. Overall, I recommend stopping in for a delicious donut. We will be going back whenever we are in Elmhurst again.“

“This is a wonderful locally owned coffee shop with great coffee, homemade syrups, delicious food, and yummy sweets (including vegan and gluten free options). The vibe is very lively and the number of regulars that filter in and out all day are a testament to its standing in the neighborhood. There is ample FREE parking. Overall 5 stars!!“

“One of my new favorite spots. The Chef has created an amazing menu. Some faves so far: the mushroom and cheese breakfast sandwich and the Pink Spread--ya gotta try it. Next up: the chicken curry empanadas--they sound awesome. It's also great to know they are living wage certified AND that everything is compostable. “Simple but great donut shop. Fresh donuts daily. The donuts are very good. I bought donuts at 5am. And was eating some of them at 5pm. And they were still very fresh. A couple were ate the next day. Still good. Just needed to be warmed and up a little. You could never do that with a Dunkin donut. 10/10.“

“We visited an ice cream shop for the first time in Park Ridge, and what an experience it turned out to be! The establishment boasts a modern and impeccably clean ambiance. The array of ice creams and donuts, coupled with a plethora of toppings, was truly impressive. Additionally, their menu offers a delightful selection of sundaes, shakes, and floats. Opting for two scoops each, we found it to be more than sufficient to satisfy our sweet cravings. If you find yourself in the area, I highly recommend paying this place a visit. “Classic old school restaurant. They have a.very nice diners outer as well as booths and tables. The veteran service staff was on point. I had the biscuits and sausage gravy. It was some of the best I have had in Chicagoland. The biscuits were nothing special but the gravy was on point. I also had some eggs which were good, but that is to be expected.“

“I went to this location after picking up my mom from the airport. Sadly, they did not have my favorite (the le stan croissant donut), but they did have others that did not disappoint. “I wanted to send a HUGE shout out to Dion, general manager of the Oakbrook Terrace location. A few weeks ago I put in a large order for my daughter's birthday party. I was expecting to have around 72 donuts and two boxes of coffee delivered at 9am on a Saturday. Apparently there was an issue or glitch of some kind with the third party who manages online ordering/delivery. I received an email at 4am the morning of my daughter's party that my order was cancelled as a result. I called the Oakbrook Terrace location at 6am in a panic and Dion saved the day! He put in my order manually, ran the payment without issue, and got the order out for a 9:00am delivery. Not only that but he was kind, understanding, and very tolerant of a woman panicking about donuts at 6am. Thank you, thank you Dion!Kid-friendliness: The mini-donuts are perfect for little hands. Plus, they are cute!“

“I came a couple of weeks ago with my boyfriend and my sister-in-law. The lady there was so sweet and kind asking us how we found out about her business. (I totally forgot to get her name but i will be going back) The drinks we're filled with great taste the one drink she offered us reminded me of Kool-aid which was nice. I ended up getting the Watermelon cucumber which came with cucumber slices.One thing I would love to recommend as a new business that is starting up is having an open sign and even have lights and pictures of your items on the windows to draw attention to your location. Also, music will give the place a nice vibe. I will be going back again to support this small business and hopefully it will grow to a bigger business :)Kid-friendliness: Made me laugh but they do have a kids drink menu which offered a Roblox tea. I feel like majority of the menu is kid friendly :)Parking: Parking was kind of a hassle, I had to park on Kostner and Le Moyne on the right side by Aldi. In the summer it'll be a nice walk to get a drink, but the winter it'll be a harsh walk. When I asked about parking, the lady said she was trying to get the lot by the store.“

“Every time I visit Firecakes in Oak Park, they always have a great display of donuts, a clean shop and the service is always great. “Stopped at this charming donut shop for a little dessert. The woman at the counter was very friendly and helped me pick three, very tasty flavors! Tried the Reese's, coconut, and "Uncle Tom" mini donuts. (Apparently, these were top sellers.) Delicious bites that make for a great post-meal sweet. Will definitely return to try other flavors!“

“I was dropping off a delivery for my side gig when I drove past Earl's Drive Thru BBQ. So I decided to park and go into this quaint restaurant with about eight tables and bench like seating there's even outdoor seating. As I walked in, I was greeted with a hearty "Hello!" from the guy behind the counter. As I went over the menu, I noticed they had rib tips, which is extremely hard to find on the north side of Chicago so I ordered the rib tip lunch special with one side included I chose mac and cheese. The rib tips were meaty and I like that they have four sauces you can try. My favorite was Chicago Heat, followed by the Carolina. The mac and cheese was creamy and delicious. I will definitely be hitting up this place again. I need to try the burrito.“

“I got an iced latte with white mocha and my boyfriend got the iced matcha latte. It wasn't too bad but we both felt that our drinks were a little lacking in the flavor. All in all, it's a cute study spot. If I lived in the area, I would definitely study there.“

“I love this place, it is the best hands down!! The pan is delicious. The pan here costs a bit more compared to those in the area. My favorites are the conchas, empanadas, and cookies. It's street parking, employees are friendly. This is my go to spot.“
