“I was there this morning on Saturday 02-12 2022 at 10:15 am and they were all on top of it Especially a young lady named Jessica! She was at the register and even though they were very busy she took the time to let me know there were sorry and acknowledged I was there! And when it was my turn for the order it was very quick! Would definitely recommend and be back again! Thank you Jessica you need a raise! Because I've been to some dunkin Doughnuts and they were very rude! Keep up the great work! “While placing an order yesterday 2/7/2024 the order taker was confused. Petra(manager) gets on the intercom and starting telling me to calm down she went on to tell me how to speak when she had an accent. All I was doing was trying to get the order right. Petra proceed to start sticking her finger in my face I asked to put her finger down and saying we don't need my order and they don't make mistakes. Petra (manager) took the order and when I got home it was wrong. I called Petra(manager) and told her that the order was wrong; and instead of trying to coach an customer she should have fixed or monitor my order. She asked if I could bring back the order; I told her no. She then offered me a free meal; I told her I don't want a free meal I want customer service. I asked her to have her owner call me; we will see. #Customer Service is important to everyone.“

The food is delicious, the decor is artsy and beautiful, and the owners are absolute gems. my family and I went for the first time yesterday and had the BEST time. we came for some quick pierogi but stayed for the ambiance, warm welcome, and fantastic conversation with the owners. “My favorite coffee shop around! The owners are super friendly, take the time to get to know you, and they really care about the local community. They also make some of the best dang lattes and drinks (better than Dark Matter, Intelligentsia, etc.). They always have great pastries and snacks on hand as well.“
