“Really good ice cream. Me and friends went here today since everything was closed and we thought this place would be mid.But, man this ice cream really is good. I would say it’s even on par with basking robins or prolly even way better than that. I would recommend the dark cherry and coconut scoops which was recommended to me by one of the employees. Also, I gotta say this is also the only place in Chicago that is very hospitable and service is amazing. “This was my first visit and I was a little overwhelmed. I came for a slice for lunch and was amazed by all the options. Fresh pasta, chicken parm, sandwiches, calzones and so much more all ready to go. I ordered my pizza and there was a cannoli in front of me in the case so I had to get that. While I was waiting for my pizza to be warmed up I admired the Gelato selection and ended up adding on a half pint of key lime pie Gelato. The slice, cannoli and Gelato came to $15. All of the food was amazingly delicious. I'll definitely go back soon to try more.“

“I have been going to this place since it opened and i had always only gotten the nachos extra cheese and peppers because they reminded me of my childhood. But then i tried the ice cream it is the best. Look the owner she is the best and the most sweetest person in the world. And i am so happy for her that she expanded the shop. “I've never had a bad experience here at Crumbl Cookies!Since moving to the area a few months ago, this has been our go-to Crumbl Cookies spot. We get it probably once a month - yikes! Every time here, though, has been the opposite of yikes - the staff is friendly, the cookies are fresh, it's never busy, always clean, and there's ample parking outside. At my old Crumbl Cookies location in Schaumburg, it was always a tight squeeze and hustle-and-bustle situation inside the store and in the parking lot because it was so busy. This location is bigger with more parking, but it's never busy which I like. Let's be real, Crumbl Cookies are freaking good. There's 4 rotating flavors every single week and 2 constant flavors (chocolate chip & sugar). I always love the chocolate chip and will get it in replacement of one of the rotating cookies when I get a 4-pack. In my opinion the warm cookies are always better than the chilled, but some of the chilled ones are great, too. They also sometimes include a mystery cookie which yes, is a mystery when you get it. I love that they do that, I think it's a fun concept especially if you really don't know which other cookie to get or want to try something new.There's TONS of flavors in general at Crumbl, I can't even select my favorite one. When they have these flavors, I do really enjoy their cinnamon swirl cookie, s'mores, cinnamon fry bread, dulce de leche, Biscoff lava, chocolate cake, buckeye brownie, and basically any flavor that has cinnamon or caramel in it, or that's super chocolatey and gooey. You already know I'll be coming to this location again!“

“Do NOT sleep on the pineapple Dole whip or even just visiting Hole in the Wall! It is so, so delicious, especially the pineapple Dole whip (did I already say that?). It's so good that my chocolate-loving 5-year-old asked to go back before they close for the season for more pineapple Dole whip, because it in her words "It's even more yummy than chocolate!" Hurry, & stop by before they close for the season on October 8.“

“This is a great place to pick up a quick lunch. Prices are fair and I love that the soups constantly differ. Usually when I go I pick up a cold soup from the fridge as well! I don’t think I’ve ever had a bad soup. Sandwiches are a bit lacking in my opinion. Ice cream is also amazing. Not the biggest space so I usually treat it as a grab and go more but there are a few tables available.“

“Great place to get ice cream or floats, and hang with friends & family. Service is quick and staff is friendly. Been here plenty of times when I have late night ice cream cravings. They are usually packed in the summer, so be patient. Usually I rotate between a root beer (Sprecher on tap too) float, PB Oreo concrete, or a strawberry banana sundae. They used to have orange soda floats but they no longer carry orange soda. Bring it back!“

It is exceptionally clean and well-organized, and every compartment where the ice cream is located is spotless. I received prompt and excellent treatment from the woman who assisted me. I didn't feel hurried out of there, and she took her time to make my order. Depending on how busy they are, places like these will typically rush you out and leave a mess everywhere. However, she provided excellent service, and I will definitely use her again.“

So far since then I haven't seen much hostility toward the employees unless it's from impatient customers who struggle to comprehend that they're not the only people waiting.Anyways, I've received exceptional service lately. Mainly from a very kind tall man with a beard and slightly longer hair. I wish I would've asked for his name.There's also another taller man who has a little stubble and glasses, he always greets me and calls me sir, which is cool because I'm actually transgender and I get a confidence boost each time I see him. Thank you. :)The food has improved as well, and their speed is top notch. I will admit Friday night was very busy BUT the employees handled it very well and professionally.Thank you for your hard work, guys. Anyone who says "fast food isn't hard work" is SO wrong. It's a very stressful environment and it's clear you have amazing employees who work extremely hard to keep the quality high and the wait time low. :)“

“My friend and I went here after the movies and decided to try their ice cream. The store itself is small but they have so much to offer from ice cream, candies, fudge, caramel apples, etc. It's location is perfectly located in downtown Elmhurst right next to the movie theatre. It was so hard to choose a flavor but I went with the All-American Two Berry Pie. Talk about YUM! The ice cream itself was so creamy and smooth. The texture was absolutely perfect. In the vanilla ice cream, there was a nice blend of strawberry, Blueberry, and sugared pie crust pieces. It was by far one of the best ice cream flavors I have ever had. The only downside is that they are quite pricy. It was $13 and some odd change for 2 single scoops in cake cones. I personally think that is pretty steep and the portion is just average. I cannot wait to come back to try more flavors as I am a ice cream lover!“

The young lady working was attentive, let us try whatever flavors we wanted, was very knowledgeable, and gave us great suggestions. She even gave my son a free tiny cup of Italian ice.
