“Chicken was hot and good tasting. The red beans and rice were just ok. The biscuit was subpar, wasn't hot, it was hard on the top and soft on the bottom. I remember when the biscuits used to be on point, that was back in the 80's and 90's. Hot and buttery biscuits ?“

“This place is walking distance from my job, I always saw it and decided to stop in after seeing it featured on Instagram. They were super busy at the time but the cashier lady was very nice. “For our last night in Chicago, we decided to hit a couple bars and we ended up here. It was such a cute place! The atmosphere is fun and friendly. We ordered some Korean popcorn chicken and a couple cocktails. The staff was super friendly and made us laugh a bunch. Karaoke was just kicking off when we were there--Josue did a great rendition of Beautiful Soul! Would definitely recommend for a great night out. I hope that we get a chance to come back.“
