“I can call this place Glenwood Oaks reborn..It is owned by the former owners of the Oaks..Mostly known for their banquets the food is just as good as before..The bar is cozy enough but i came for the food..You have to try the ribs..I ordered a half a slab and the meat just falls off the bone..The staff is friendly and makes you feel at home..“

There's so much they offer and everything is such great quality and the store is extremely clean and prices are pretty competitive to the big stores. I had the turkey burger it was so juicy and big very well seasoned not a frozen patty a hand made burger on a Broche bun. My food was fresh and hot I will be back. Peach cobbler was yummy as well.“

Food was delicious 1/2 Henny chicken, green beans & potatoes, and macaroni & cheese) and seasoned perfectly, except for the bed of rice that the 1/2 Henny chicken was served on. I will return, but I'll ask for extra Henny sauce on the chicken. I am particular about macaroni & cheese, and this was perfect. Black-owned establishment as well.“

“He started selling it a little cart outside of gas station in South Holland. Then he moved into the gas station. Denny open up his own business in South Holland. “look.. when I tell you they have accommodated me for every event I have ever had.. I've been supporting them back to when Laura kubiak was there. The past few years I have hosted my annual Christmas party there and not one complaint, food, phenomenal! Fresh. Tasty. Plenty to go around. Service amazing! Price is more than fair. I have been there for several funeral banquets as well, food is consistently amazing... besides that I was an avid fish fry guy on Fridays and that is even better. Wish I could give more stars!! “I am not going to lie, the food was amazing!!! I got the biggest turkey wing ever, I think it was ostrich lol jk. I ordered that with jollof rice, it was very spicy but very delicious. Plantain we got wasn't soggy, it was cooked to perfection. My husband got the Egusi and Ebay which was very good too. He didn't enjoy the meat part of it but it was good nonetheless. I wasn't disappointed at all!! I am definitely returning to the store. The lady at the store was really nice too. One disadvantage is that the restaurant doesn't have a lot of sitting space, just 2 tables.Also from outside it looks like they are closed but they're actually openParking: Not much parking but the complex's parking lot doesn't seem like it get full so there is parking space.“
