“I have been a loyal customer of Sugar Dose since day one and frequently go to this place for dessert, but our last experience literally put a bad taste in our mouth. My wife went in and ordered the Java Chip Frappe with Mango Popping Boba. On our way home, I took a sip and realized it had Tapioca instead of the requested Mango Popping Boba. I can't stand the texture and taste of Tapioca. My wife returned inside and told them about the mistake with the Frappe drink. Instead of acknowledging the error or saying, 'ok, we'll take care of it,' the owner seemed upset and gave her an attitude. But he did replace the drink. Driving home, I took a sip, and to my surprise, the drink was full of Tapioca. How is it even possible to make the mistake again? I like to support Muslim establishments, and for that, I won't give a bad rating. Please take this review seriously, adjust your attitude, and ensure the order is corrected when dealing with things like this the next time. There are plenty of dessert places nearby.“

“Lovely little place in Naperville. Have only gotten the Salmon Obsession Bowl and it’s delicious every time. It’s a generous amount of fish and all other ingredients.They do have a lunch special with smaller size sushi bowl and a drink.“

“Okayyyyy Kong Dog, I see you, go off! This Kong Dog location is great. It's clean, spacious, decorated cutely, has music playing, has fun decor, etc. I came on a Sunday around 5pm and there was a few people inside but nothing crazy. There's kiosks where you order at and then pick up your order right from the counter when they call your number. All their Korean style corn dogs and drinks are made to order. The staff was friendly here, too, and they were constantly cleaning. I got the hot cheeto Korean corn dog (half cheese half beef) with spicy mayo on the side. It was 10/10 finger licking delicious. You definitely have to be in the mood for this because a cheesy Korean style corn dog is pretty heavy. I had like 1 bite left but I couldn't finish it. The cheese pull was crazyyyyy and the hot cheeto dust was so good I scraped it with a fork after to finish it all. I'd totally get it again. I think it was around $8 including tax and side of sauce. I'd 100% come here again and try their drinks in addition to their corn dogs!“

“The boba here is the best boba out of any place in the western suburbs. I have tried several places in Oakbrook, Bloomingdale, Lisle and none have the freshness and consistency of the boba here. In addition, I have found them to also be the BEST PRICE and highest quality. My fiancé and I come here once a month at least and more in the warmer weather. Can’t go wrong with the pink flamingo drink with 50% sugar and brown sugar tapioca. Wish they had a rewards program :)“

They also have wide selection of Fruit Teas and Yakults that are delicious and colorful. Their Signiture Milk Tea with Oreo Cheese Top is creamy and tasty. 100% recommend to people that love boba!“

“Excellent, fresh food. Love Chinese food and have had it in Chinatowns, downtown and suburbs. Ordered the Singapore noodle lunch special. Not always made well at other restaurants.But here the entire noodle dish was excellent. They did not skimp on shrimp, veg or eggs. The spice level was good and matched requested level. Good curry taste without overwhelming. The pork eggroll was also tasty as was the sweet dipping sauce. Even the ubiquitous fortune cookie was fresh.Only thing was the person who took my order said soup was included with take out. It wasn't. Oh, well. In line with most other places that offer soup for dine in only.Other than that try this place. It's really good IMO. They close early, at 8:30pm and are closed Tue.“

“My family and extended family (group of 20) went in after the Elk Grove village festival 7/16/2023 and ordered milk teas (the bubble tea) fruit teas and Vietnamese coffees. The service was quick and efficient, and the miss that worked the front was beyond helpful with every order and explaining what each drink category was and asking if we had any allergies. One of the kids teas wasn’t what the kiddo wanted and the owner quickly made a new one to the kiddos wants and didn’t even charge for a new tea. “I had been wanting to go to Kurimu since it's opening by the UIC campus. I had heard good things about it, and the kind of soft serve ice cream they serve reminded me of Japanese soft serve I had in Hong Kong and Singapore. After multiple openings, including the one in Schaumburg, I still didn't check it out until December 2023. My main reason to not go the Schaumburg (by the virtue of being closer to me) location was the price point. Their menu is good, but the items are on the pricey side. Upon reading a handful of reviews, the general consensus I got from them was that although it is pricey shop, the quality and taste of their offerings are definitely worth it to at least experience it once. On my visit, I ordered a scoop of Thai Ice Tea ice cream, a Strawberry Matcha Latte, and a Dalgona Coffee Milk Tea. The shop was inviting and clean. The menu options were laid out well, and the staff member working at that time was friendly and very helpful. You can place your order through a kiosk or give it to the staff member at the cash register. I took my deciding what I wanted as it was my first time at Kurimu. While I was there, the shop got busy, which is good, and therefore, ordering through the kiosk came in handy. The staff member was pretty fast. I didn't have to wait long to get my order. Also, the ice cream I ordered was not enough in stock, so the staff member informed me that they would give me another complimentary scoop of ice cream of the flavor of my choice. I also wanted to get soft-serve, but the flavors at the time were not of my interest. They rotate their soft-serve flavors every month, I was told. I liked what I had a lot. The Thai Ice Tea ice cream was so creamy and flavorful. Its flavor was very pronounced. The complimentary scoop I chose was that of Melon ice cream flavor, and it was delicious, as well. I also loved the Dalgona Coffee Milk Tea. I had not had it before.Kurimu was definitely a hit in my book. I liked everything I tried. Yes, it is on the pricey side, but it's well worth a visit as what is offered is of high quality and taste and is not just run of the mill stuff. Sure, I can not afford to go here as often as I would like to but a few visits here, and there would be a good way to check out the different offerings of Kurimu.“
