“I enjoy stopping by this facility periodically, because I have fun. Great staff whom are courteous and respectful to all who patronize this place. I read someone saying something about a Greek employee male who works there.I've never seen him high or drunk, I've observed that he looks tired at times probably because he works quite a bit, as majority of the staff working there have other jobs outside of working at Tracy's.I have seen him with his beautiful fiance at times when I am gaming there, But never has he been disrespectful or flirtatious to me or other women for that matter who go there, because he is constantly bragging about his fiance. I have never seen mice or bugs at this place either even the washrooms are exceptionally clean and sanitized, much better that other gaming facilities I might add. It is just a great place all around.Great people patronize this place and a must go to place when you want to get your gaming on. Even most of the people who play there are great also. “Stopped for a coffee with a friend on a weekday morning. It was very busy and all seats were taken but we managed to eventually snag a spot at the coffee bar. I went with a decaf caramel latte with oat milk. It was delicious and smooth with a nice strong espresso flavor and just the right amount of sweetness. They actually give a real cup of you dine in as well. The pastries looked great and they also serve a selection of sandwiches- I will have to try next time!“

There was also plenty of seating and it was clean inside. I had a blackberry brownie and a blueberry basil matcha latte. I typically dislike sweet drinks so I was hesitant to order the latte. However, it wasn't overly sweet and the flavor was interesting (in a good way). The blackberry brownie was rich and also delicious. My child had a big chocolate chip cookie and devoured it instantly. I asked for a Diet Coke or Diet Pepsi, whichever they have and she told me they have "Mexican Coke" what the hell is that?! I said, you don't have Diet Pepsi, she said yeah we do, I was like well that's what I asked for.She was not attentive and literally forgot about us sitting in the back. I had to get up and go ask someone if she was still there! The guy I asked said she was still there and he would send her back and even then she took a bit to come back to the table. The place wasn't even crowded. Anyway, Kate finally comes and takes our to go order, since we wanted to take some food home too. Comes back with the to go food and checks, there were three of us and she brought three separate checks, great! Well we tipped according to what we felt she deserved (even then, she actually got more than what she deserved). Also by the way, anytime we go out to eat, we are VERY generous tippers, but do tip accordingly.I go to the washroom and come back and she was at the table talking to my sister and when I walked up, I heard her saying, she left me 10% and you left me 18% and she left me 15% and I just wanna know why? Was there something wrong with my service? She was legit upset! I said to her wait, you're actually questioning your tip? She kept saying that she wanted to know if there was something wrong with the service, but she knows what she was doing. I honestly never in my life have ever had anyone do something like this, I was shocked! Not to mention there were other people sitting around and she was pointing at each of us telling us what we gave her for a tip! It was the most absurd thing! The audacity!So she finally walks away and I go ask for the manager, who happened to be the guy that I asked if she was still there. His name was Sam and he was very nice and very apologetic, he said he was embarrassed and that he would let the owner know. I sure hope he did because employees like this (speaking of employees like that, there were a couple of them behind the deli counter giving us some of the hardest looks, they must be friends!) are going to drive away customers! But I do have to say, the food is amazing and it is a great place!“

“My husband and I had a late breakfast/early lunch there today and we were "wowed!" Our server Liz was so pleasant and attentive, and our food was great! My breakfast quesadilla was very flavorful and ample in size (plus it came with sides of sour cream, guac and salsa). Half of it came home with me. My husband's sandwich (Glen Forest) was grilled chicken with bacon, cheddar cheese and bbq sauce on sourdough bread. It came with a cup of soup and he opted for the chicken noodle which was hearty and delicious. The fries were fantastic (the double fried kind) and he had leftovers as well. Server was not attentive and didn't check in on us; hence 3 stars it is Portions were good compared to the price point. At every table, there's plenty of flavored creamers, jams, and sweeteners. Here's what we ordered: - Signature Honeyberry french toast $15: toast was thick, a bit on the dry side. Flavorful with mascarpone, berries, and fresh berries -Florence Benedict $15: exactly what I wanted. Perfect poached eggs with bacon & spinach -South of the Border Skillet $17: great combination with chorizo, avocado, and other flavors. I would order it again. -Carnivore Skillet $16: a bit dry, but understandable since it's only meat and hash browns -Latte $6: milk and coffee combo was nice but vanilla flavor was a bit too much adding artificial flavor to the coffee. Next time, I'll opt for coffee -coffee $3.50: bottomless coffee with refill coffee... who would complain? Overall, experience wasn't bad because food was good. I'd give it another try.“

They served me a colossal drink, and I plopped into one of the comfortable seats by the video one armed bandit. Now I know what you're thinking, you're probably wondering if the chair broke. Don't worry, I have been known to crush metal chairs lol. I'm not offended lol, I am just healthy and not afraid to express myself. But the chair DID NOT BREAK! Anyway great place, I won nearly 300, which paid for all those taquitos and drinks. Update - the police ended up bringing Betty home.
