“That Birra Pizza maybe one of the best creations I have ever tasted. Owner is super nice and he created something special. In case you dont know what that is, It is a pizza with beef cilantro and cheese that you dip in an au jus sauce. He crossed mexican food and pizza with an Italian beef 🤯”

“After a rough couple of weeks, I really needed a win — and Sticky Fingers in Algonquin delivered in a big way. From the moment we walked in, we were greeted with genuine Southern hospitality.

We ordered fried shrimp, wings, and fries, and I’m not exaggerating when I say I’ve never seen shrimp or wings this big. The homemade breading was golden perfection — light, crisp, and some of the best I can remember. The sauces were spot-on, adding just the right kick, and the fries nailed that magic balance: crispy outside, fluffy inside.

The little touches here really add to the charm. A bucket of lollipops and a bottle of Frank’s Hot Sauce sit on every table, and the décor gives the whole place a playful, welcoming vibe. Their canned soda selection is a nostalgic throwback — every flavor I loved as a kid — and the staff was so attentive and warm. Big smiles! They truly care about your experience.

Prices are very reasonable, and the daily specials make it even better (Lobster Sundays, anyone?). I even overheard other diners promising to return — and same here. I told the staff to get to know my face, because I’ll be back often!

“Recently moved back from Colorado and have gone years without a good place for boba, egg rolls and crab Rangoons. This place was a 10/10! The atmosphere was great the employees/owners were phenomenal we had an allergy issue and they right away stepped in wanting to accommodate us which is very rare for places to jump in fast wanting to help accommodate. Definitely recommend this place we will for sure be back! Not to mention the bobo drink containers were soo adorable!”

I liked the chicken mole so much I complemented the earthly flavor--that unmistakable blend of chocolate, nut, and cinnamon--to our server only to learn it's a family recipe prepared fresh each day. Five stars for food and service, I'd give five stars for atmosphere but I save five stars for Mexican restaurants that put chips and salsa on the table as a welcoming gesture. Lastly, the prices at Juanita's are reasonable for the quality of the food. It a world of bland corporate chains, I'm happy to support genuinely local, family-run businesses.”

“I’ve lived in Carpentersville for a few years now and tried Masi’s on a whim really last night and it was excellent! We tried the pizza, fried pickles and moz sticks. Everything was fantastic. I think even the ranch was homemade. I would highly recommend trying this place if you haven’t! I will be ordering again.”

“Such kindness…. Long day ….my sweet senior Bella had surgery on Thursday- I went to get her favorite 2 chicken tender (kids meal) the gentleman who worked the window offered her a pup treat! Little did I know it was a small scoop of ice cream with 2 adorable placed bones - it was darling and she licked it up! You made this little rescues day!
