“After a rough couple of weeks, I really needed a win — and Sticky Fingers in Algonquin delivered in a big way. From the moment we walked in, we were greeted with genuine Southern hospitality.

We ordered fried shrimp, wings, and fries, and I’m not exaggerating when I say I’ve never seen shrimp or wings this big. The homemade breading was golden perfection — light, crisp, and some of the best I can remember. The sauces were spot-on, adding just the right kick, and the fries nailed that magic balance: crispy outside, fluffy inside.

The little touches here really add to the charm. A bucket of lollipops and a bottle of Frank’s Hot Sauce sit on every table, and the décor gives the whole place a playful, welcoming vibe. Their canned soda selection is a nostalgic throwback — every flavor I loved as a kid — and the staff was so attentive and warm. Big smiles! They truly care about your experience.

Prices are very reasonable, and the daily specials make it even better (Lobster Sundays, anyone?). I even overheard other diners promising to return — and same here. I told the staff to get to know my face, because I’ll be back often!

“Recently moved back from Colorado and have gone years without a good place for boba, egg rolls and crab Rangoons. This place was a 10/10! The atmosphere was great the employees/owners were phenomenal we had an allergy issue and they right away stepped in wanting to accommodate us which is very rare for places to jump in fast wanting to help accommodate. Definitely recommend this place we will for sure be back! Not to mention the bobo drink containers were soo adorable!”

“Tonight we went out to eat with 9 people. The food and service were amazing, but that actually isn’t even the reason I’m leaving this review. This is the first time my autistic son has been out to eat for this length of time. I felt this restaurant was super laid back and a great family atmosphere. They have an are with claw machines for the kids to try out and get up while they wait for their food. I feel like there aren’t many restaurants anymore like this and it was a game changer for us. It would definitely have me going back to go out eat there again because of it. Thank you for having such a wonderful place for families to go out to eat.”

I had 3 steak tacos with cilantro and onion added cheese n their green sauce , perfect exactly what I wanted and hoped for.
My wife had the Jr burrito, chimichanga style which was done perfectly.
My brother had 3 steak taco American style .

“I ordered the General Tso's Chicken daily special. The chicken was tender and flavorful. The chicken fried rice & chicken egg roll were good but the egg roll was a little doughy. I called in my order, they were very professional and my food was ready for pickup in 15-20 mins.”

There's plenty of parking inside this busy plaza. They didn't give us limones for our tacos maybe we shoulda asked other thn that the place is small decent definitely coming back to try more of their food items and maybe sit and eat there! Steak tacos were an 8/10.”

“I’ve lived in Carpentersville for a few years now and tried Masi’s on a whim really last night and it was excellent! We tried the pizza, fried pickles and moz sticks. Everything was fantastic. I think even the ranch was homemade. I would highly recommend trying this place if you haven’t! I will be ordering again.”
