I am giving this location three stars for the employees. The men and women, during the late hours, have both been professional and even nice. The woman sounds exhausted but does her job with patience and is polite. The reason I am giving less stars is because a two scoop cup of ice cream should have two FULL scoops of ice cream given the fact they are pretty much the same price as if you were getting one of each individually. I went to the drive through window and I was not done ordering my coffee, the person was rude and a criminal in my opinion. I told him was not done ordering...gave me attitude. Something told me took in my coffee and I found clumps of something floating inside my coffee. Not sure what that was but I'll never go there again. He SPAT or TOSS GROSS THINGS INSIDE MY CUP! 3/10/22

Baskin Robbins is a joke. Placed a personalized order online, went to pick it up on the scheduled day and guess what-no cake- an hour before the event! Yet, no refund for it! I was told to the call customer service to get a refund, I then called the customer service and was told it's the store that has to issue a refund and that they will contact the owner and the owner will call me directly. BS!!! not a single call. NO CAKE, NO REFUND.
