The worse Baskin Robbins I've ever been to and usually out of ice cream. On my last visit I ordered a scoop of ice cream in a cup and one on a cone. When I paid I asked for my receipt and noticed a extra charge for the cone and also the cup. When I asked what the fee was for I was told it's an extra fee they charge. If you get a cup or a cone. How is that not included in the price? How else am I supposed to get the ice cream? In my hand? Bring my own dish? Be careful going here...read full review
I ordered 2 sugar cubes and two regular cones each with one scoop and 3 long john donuts and was charged $20.20. after receiving my receipt, I noticed I was charged for an extra cone which was $2.99, all he can say was that he charged me for an extra one sorry. No you overcharged me and then only gave me $2.99 back. Never again
