Brobagel. Figure it out! Something is wrong with your system when people are waiting 30-45 minutes for a bagel. The people physically ordering at the store are just sitting here watching massive online orders be the only thing going out. If you can't service both then stop taking online orders.
Between 4 and 5 stars, but so many negative reviews so I am rounding up today. I really like these bagels because 1. They are crunchy on the outside and soft with some chew on the inside (I don't like the inside too soft or with an overly regular crumb); 2. The covered bagels are generously covered on both sides (I like the savory bagel flavors but don't like that the bottom usually is lacking in the seasonings, not a problem at this shop!); 3. I usually come to Bro Bagel everyday before work to grab breakfast and always have kind, fast service. The people that work there are very friendly and are always happy to help. It can get pretty busy on weekends-especially in the summer, but the wait time is usually pretty short considering how many orders they have! The bagels themselves are always fresh and taste great. I always get an everything toasted with chive and am never disappointed!
