Great chicken, friendly people, but surprise credit card fee. Tired of the death by fees. Add it to your cost and let me decide if I want to buy it. Tired of showing up to places and, surprise, you have to pay more! And credit card fees range from 2.5%-3.5% but most places will charge you 3.5-3.9%. Tell me it's not a revenue generator without telling me its not a revenue generator.Chicken is good, though....as any place next to a tire shop should be.
We have been customers for many years. We have noticed a decline in service more recently. You used to provide disposable plates when we asked for them, now they are not available. Napkins are never provided. Minor things to you, but are important to the customer.

This has been my go-to shop for broasted chicken. Quaint little hole-in-the-wall place for good quality, fresh food. I have not yet had any negative experiences with their chicken, apart from maybe the occasional soggy bits on the otherwise crispy skin, but that could be attributed to the chicken steaming inside of the box during the car ride home, so it is best eaten as quickly as can be devoured to experience max deliciousness and freshness.
