I have not yet had any negative experiences with their chicken, apart from maybe the occasional soggy bits on the otherwise crispy skin, but that could be attributed to the chicken steaming inside of the box during the car ride home, so it is best eaten as quickly as can be devoured to experience max deliciousness and freshness. The coating was nice and crunchy and chicken very moist, high quality white meat. We ordered the kimchi coleslaw which was fabulous. Our waitstaff mentioned that we could get coleslaw for free with the wings as we were given a choice between coleslaw and pickled radish. We said we still wanted an order of the kimchi coleslaw and we'd select the pickled radish but were given regular coleslaw. Then we also shared the tteokbokki which was very nice with good heat to it, how I like it. Last was the potstickers which we all enjoyed and were nice and crispy. 4 stars because we didn't get the radish, and also they automatically add gratuity which I don't agree with.“

“Citybird is a great spot for chicken tenders! All their sauces are delicious and the tenders have a flavorful coating. After trying all their items, my favorite is surprisingly the salad with 3 tenders on the side! The salad has a ton of different high quality ingredients. I like getting the citybird vinaigrette but lemon thyme ranch is also amazing. The fries are really good and such a great deal for the amount they give. The bathroom is always clean. There's street parking along Halsted that you may have to pay for, except for holidays and Sundays. Definitely an underrated, affordable and delicious restaurant and West Loop.
