Everything we ate was delicious! Highly recommend the miso black cod, I'd come back just for that! The maki rolls were also great (Crisp Sake & Tako Maguro), as was the nigiri (Eel Trio). I'd love to return to try the Chef's Choice Nigiri
My family and I are major Sushi lovers. We enjoy trying new spots and this week it was Juno. We heard they had creative takes on their nigiri and were not disappointed. I especially enjoyed the smoked specialty rolls, I have never had anything quite like it. The presentation was unique. My favorite roll was the Crisp Sake. The extra crunch was delightful.
