We found this hole in the wall bar while doing something else on this edge of town. We were hungry and they were open!First off, the bartender was incredibly friendly and helpful. It was nice to have someone a bit chatty while we decided on our meal. Be Warned: The menu is small, VERY small. From the looks of things this is an old seen better days Irish pub that can still get a crowd. It helps that it's near DePaul. Kelly's Pub brings in drunken students as well as many other local regulars. Even though it's been around a long time it still has plenty of good reasons to come in.
