We had dinner here our last night in Chicago. Our server was awesome. Our cocktails & dinners were perfect! It was pure luck that we got a table here on a Saturday evening without a res. The atmosphere of the restaurant and the hotel are super chill. I highly recommend visiting Palmer House if you're ever in Chicago.
I came into town to visit my husband on a work trip. He hadn't had much luck with food since he got here so we took a chance and ate at the Lockwood which is downstairs in the Palmer House hotel. We were pleasantly surprised at how perfect this food was!! The salmon was tender and flavorful and the crab cake was delicious and the perfect late night portion. I stayed at the Palmer with a friend and we went to the Lockwood for Breakfast. The service was great and our food was very tasty. I, foolishly, forgot to mention to the server about a discount I was eligible for thinking that it would be applied automatically when I charged the food to my room.
