The customer service was not good neither was the food. I hadn't been here in a while today remind me of the reason why. The rights in the ribs in the red beans and rice was not fully cooked the mashed potatoes was toothy the chicken was dry. A little bit of rubbery and unseasoned. Fairly decent for a popeyes. Even though they gave me a couple pieces I didn't ask for. A few of the pieces were dry so I couldn't eat them. But the service was nice and a few pieces of chicken I could eat work

Out of my entire time living in the south side area I don't think I've ever actually received food from this Popeyes. EVERY time I come here I have been told they are out of chicken, there is a 10-20+ minute wait, or downright no response at all. This is a TERRIBLE establishment and honestly I'm not sure how they're still open. If you're planning on eating anything don't even waste your time here.
