Stopped in here for lunch. Inside of the store was filthy looked like the floor hadn’t been swept in at least a couple days. I went to was my hands prior to ordering and I was informed that I could only use the washroom after I made my purchase. Not sure exactly why a customer need to buy their foot first before washing their hands. Staff was in attentive I stood up front for like 3 or 4 min before being acknowledged. This use to be my favorite popeyes. Food is usually fresh. However, the last few times there was something wrong with my order and customer service. Today I ordered the sweet and spicy ghost pepper wings, but got the regular ones. I asked for honey, which I like to put on my chicken and fries. I was told I could not have honey since I didn’t get a biscuit with my order. I’ve never had an issue getting honey before. Good customer service equals money. Can y'all stop being so stingy with the sauces? The wings are supposed to be SMOTHERED. Nothing more annoying than being hungry, getting your food, & opening the box to... that! ? I regularly indulge in fast food cause its supposed to be cheap & consistent, these last few times there's no sauce on ma wings.
