Place is really ghetto, went in hoping I can dine in and the place is very run down, tables dirty and a lot of bums hanging outside, you can tell this is the "chill" spot, there is probably nothing management can do to kick the bums out since they're mostly outside in public space but at least keep the establishment inside presentable, it was really dirty so I had to take my food somewhere else, probably won't go back anymore!
Employees could be kinder to customers. However, customer service is fast. As for the food, it's probably somewhere near the top of what Taco Bell has on the menu in terms of quality.

There should be a discalaimer at the door; i can't image more explicit music. Automated ordering kiosk makes for an impersonal but efficient process. The order pick up process would be better if it were done by machine too - staff is not friendly.
