It’s been years since the Chicagoland area has had a successor to Wicker Park’s infamous yellow Flinstones taco truck (Tacos Picadiedro, circa 2011-2014). This may be the second coming of that truck that parked on Ashland and Division, that mysteriously went missing. I’m always on the hunt for a stellar authentic Mexican taco. To be quite Frank, this place even falls short of being a hole in the wall—It’s a trailer. And there’s nothing fancy about it.HOWEVER…If the tastiest and most authentic tacos are your pursuit, this place is a five star hidden gem.
