Food is great. What was not great was to get my credit card stolen after giving it to the waitress to pay for our food. This happened about a month ago, gave my card, waited an awful long time for someone to come back to tell us ‘there was a problem’...according to the waitress someone had taken my card by mistake. No problem I say, what’s the name of the person, should be in the card they left behind right? Well, they give me a run around and say they don’t know who it was. I press on saying they must have left their card if they took mine. No, apparently this person had taken both. Then tell me that they DO KNOW who it is, but probably didn’t intend any harm. I keep pressing for answers because how does someone mistakenly takes TWO cards after paying when they had just given one? The story keeps getting shadier and they say that they didn’t see it because the person took the cards from the ledge of the cashier counter and the cashier wasn’t there. Who would do that?! I say I need to file a police report since obviously that was a thief then, they do not want to give me their names or even have a manager come out, but this time they give me the name of the supposed person right away. I call my bank and stop the card, they ask me to file a report. Go to the police, they ask me to give the names of the people I had spoken in the restaurant, I call the restaurant back to ask for this, and the man answering the phone threatened me saying ‘I won’t give you any names and if you come here, I’ll be waiting for you’. Want to know what’s worse? I LOVED this place and their food. But they lost me and pretty much all of my friends and family from ever getting anything there again. Their handle of the situation was abysmal, regardless of who took the card, there was no apology, no help, no taking up responsibility.
