BEST fall off bone ribs. I've been going with zesty sauce & onion rings since I could speak my own order as a kid (Love this place but the fries have always been unimpressive) . Prohibition sauce is delicious but a deep burn you might not expect (id go zesty & get some on side to try if curious). Dining room is small, but a nice bar to wait at (also small, so plan ahead). I grew up in small town missouri just outside of Kansas City just to preface, so I know BBQ. I recently moved to the city so obviously I was looking for a BBQ joint that was passable when I was missing home. Thank god I found this place because it surpasses my expectations in every way. The ribs do literally fall off the bone and have a crispy layer on the outside reminiscent of the ones I get back home. Their coleslaw is banging and their onion rings go hard.
