The food is a hit or miss sometimes it's hot sometimes it's cold and old The service is iffy sometimes their good and majority of the time their slow as ever I say in the drive thru for exactly 1 hour and 21 minutes they weren't short staffed because you can clearly see everyone just standing around looking lost they need better management and it's obvious. This current experience left me with 3 out of my 4 burgers. You can see in the photo, only 4 boxes total. 3 burgers and 1 side. When you order a number 1, you get 5 boxes. They got me again...The three burgers that I did receive were cold and tasted like they were sitting out. The drive-thru for this location is always long, and the customer service is terrible.
