Very nice setting for a wine tasting. We set outside for a 5 wine taste along with the cheese and cracker option. Of the wines tasted we bought two bottles to take home. The venue is beautiful and there is an event space in the other half of the building. We will definitely stop here again when passing through the area.
I've been to Lavender Crest several times for their great food and wine, but this time I was at Lavender Crest as a Vendor setting up balloon decorations for a wedding. The facility is beautiful and the owners are some of the nicest, caring, and genuine people you would ever meet. They welcomed me in early and even gave me alternative accommodations for cleanup because I was double-booked. I enjoyed socializing with the owners and being in their event facility. When I'm in the Quad Cities visiting family, I always try to stop at Lavender Crest for Lunch and of course wine. . My most recent visit was on a beautiful sunny Friday afternoon. We dined on their outdoor patio. I love eating outside when I can and the patio offers a nice view of part of their Vineyard. I sampled 1 of the newest wines, Stone Grown.
